  Approximately 7–8 months ago, I purchased a Mercedes S550 from your Mercedes dealership. At the time of sale, I was clearly told that the vehicle had no issues and was in excellent condition. Because I was buying from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership, I trusted this statement and did not have the vehicle independently inspected. However, during the first oil change, it was discovered that three of the wheels have major weld repairs and cracks. These are serious safety-related issues and cannot be considered minor cosmetic damage. What is most disappointing is that: • This condition was never disclosed to me at the time of sale, and • Such significant damage was either overlooked or concealed by a Mercedes-authorized dealership. This vehicle is used almost daily by my wife and child. Had I been aware of this condition, I would never have purchased a vehicle with this type of safety risk. The fact that this information was not disclosed makes this situation far more serious. Additionally, when I first turned on the heater in cold weather, I noticed it was not working properly. The heater does not blow warm air, and at the same time, the coolant (antifreeze) level continues to drop, indicating a serious potential issue with the cooling system. This is another problem that should have been identified and disclosed prior to the sale. If you truly intend to resolve this matter as a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I request that you contact me directly. All of my contact information is already on file. Otherwise, I will be forced to review this matter with an attorney and pursue my legal options. My expectation from a Mercedes dealership was transparency, trust, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in both the dealership and the brand. This review is not written to discredit anyone, but to ensure other customers do not experience the same situation. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle from this dealership obtain an independent inspection, even when buying from an authorized dealer.

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying our 2025 GLA while working with David Anthony Leach. He not only made the purchase experience easy, but he actually made it enjoyable. We found the car online and drove 4 hrs from St. Augustine to pick it up. Anthony walked us through the process via calls, texts and emails and was awesome.   So excited… purchased a “new to me” Mercedes C-300 yesterday 🎉 My new friend/professional sales associate Karrina Wischki was super helpful from the first time I spoke with her on the phone inquiring about the vehicle, through the seamless/easy purchasing process, and the wonderful follow up phone call I received today. She knew what I was looking for in a vehicle, and she delivered. Never stepped into this beautiful dealership before yesterday, but the staff is great! I felt very welcomed, and had conversations with a few team members. Some team members even had treats for my 14 week old puppy Lulu 🥰 Kudos to you all- people are way too quick to complain when service is sub par.
