  • 5 stars!!! I went to AutoNation in Westlake because I had a sedan and wanted to upsize to a full-size pickup truck. After a couple weeks of looking, I found one that fit my budget, needs, and powertrain preference. I went in on a Saturday and talked to a wonderful member of the sales team, Denise. Denise was extremely helpful and helped me explore the options between buying new and used and I genuinely didn’t feel like she pressured me into anything. I ended up deciding on a used F-150 which I later found out was previously a fleet vehicle. This did not bother me much since I have bought fleet vehicles before and never had issues with them (knocking on wood!). This truck had a cracked side view mirror housing, the rear two tires were bald, and the GPS and infotainment screen had connectivity issues. I made sure to mention it and they took care of it all at a later appointment after buying the truck :) Would I come back to this dealership? Absolutely and I definitely will be. Amazing customer service and great resolutions to your problems. The general manager Dean is also an amazing guy!!!

  • Amazing amazing! Amazing with our daughter who spotted the pizza employees had and they gave her a slice to being calm and patient when she spilled water all over desk! David was amazing to work with! And he got us in our dream car with an amazing deal! Definitely will recommend! So happy with my purchase

  • I got preapproved for this vehicle and it was not on the lot. I’m not happy. I preferred a blue vehicle or a Chevy tracker But no, I have a white small Ford. In the beginning, I definitely was not satisfied. I received a call from the finance person at Autonation ANTHONY. He told me to come back in bring the vehicle back and he put me in something more roomier and much much much more room and much better. He definitely kept his word. I’m satisfied now. Just don’t let Alan Slaibi be your salesman he doesn’t care. He said my vehicle is a nice size and it definitely wasn’t .The new vehicle is a lot better.He was talking crazy and didn’t even wanna give me a spare tire . I have one from Firestone now.
