  • Online search showed a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Outlander Summit at AutoNation. Wife said hey let's go take a look and a few hours later we drove it home. For a 2012, the vehicle is pretty close to Immaculate. It has every option available and more buttons and switches than the Apollo space mission control center. The sales gal Sarah took care of us and had us to the finance guy in only about 90 minutes, although I wasn't timing anything. Finance guy Javier got us an even better deal calling in a favor from a finance company that took quite a few points off the interest rate we would have had. Major kudos for that! Overall the experience was pretty good for buying a used vehicle. They aren't always good. I would highly recommend AutoNation Subaru West based on my experience.

  • Jazz was great showing me all the features on my new car. He was very thorough & patient explaining everything. Especially since I was going from driving a 2005 5 speed manual XT Outback to a 2025 Outback wilderness.
