  I’ve been a client of Audi South since 2014. Overall a great experience with car buying or servicing my cars. Price is competitive, the team is knowledgeable and helpful. Had feedback given in the past with a few missteps (very small things I’m particular about) and they accepted my suggestions and adjusted it to my liking. The store just got under a renovation and it looks even better. We love German cars but Audi is a fan favorite in our house because it is a trustworthy brand, safety features make us stay with the brand for more than 18 years even when living abroad. Porsche takes second place in my list, who’s also wonderful and un, but a different drive and purpose. I would recommend Gio for an even better experience. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He is delivering a real customer service, not easy to find nowadays.

  I have been a loyal customer but this time I had enough. These people are a bunch of scammers. They sold me a car and less than a year I’ve had to bring the car in for service twice. And they charged me so much money. The car said low oil; next thing I know they found bunch of other things wrong with the vehicle; ended up charging me $3400 for repairs. They such thieves where they wanted me to trade in the car for a value of $3000! I regretted ever doing business with these nonsense people. They’re money hungry! Avoid them at all costs!

  I recently had the pleasure of inquiring about a Jeep Wrangler advertised online and was fortunate to work with Mo Benelbasry. Mo provided exceptional assistance throughout the entire process, guiding me with ease and professionalism. Even though we arrived close to closing time, Mo took the time to show us the vehicle and answered all of our questions without any rush or hesitation. In the Finance department, we were assisted by David Wood, who thoroughly explained all financing options and ensured we had a clear understanding of the terms. His expertise and transparency were greatly appreciated. Our initial expectation was that the car-buying process would be lengthy and complicated, but we were pleasantly surprised by the efficient and straightforward experience. Thanks to the team’s integrity and excellent customer service, we were able to drive away in our new Jeep within an hour and a half. I highly recommend Audi Orlando South for anyone seeking a professional and seamless vehicle purchasing experience. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I’ve encountered
