  This was a very accommodating car dealership. I had a car they caught on fire they offered to get me to the lot. I told them what I had what I could do and they were able to make something work for me. And when I wanted to know about other cars, they drove me around the lot so I could still shop around. They were very patient very friendly and I think very dedicated to customer satisfaction. I think they are a great team at the St. Petersburg location!

  I have to say that the Service department at AutoNation Ford of Saint Petersburg has dramatically improved. My last 4 Oil-Changes and scheduled Maintenance appointments were Great! My service writer Salem always greets with a very Positive attitude. He’s very helpful, thorough and genuine. During my last visit I had advised him of a slow leak in my Front Passenger tire, and asked for it to be inspected. While waiting I was blown away to get a Text alert with a Live Video update showing me exactly where the leak was! That’s Quality Service!

  On April 28th 2026 I had an appointment to see about my tire I had just got my car April 11th from Ford Autonation I was driving and on Saturday April 25th my car told me my tire pressure was low so I made an appointment because my tire kept getting flat so I had to keep putting air in my tire and the day of my appointment I spoke with Zachary with ford autonation services I told him my tire had a flat and he said sometimes we run over nails and bumps in the road and I didn’t know I drove over a nail so they looked at my tire come to find out it was nail so Zachary said they will patch my tire for me so I’m waiting for them to fix my tire my appointment was at 3:30 and I been there for 2 hours waiting and Zachary gave me my keys and told me I’m ready to go my car is parked out front so I get in my car thinking my tire was fixed and that next morning my tire was too the ground it only had 5 PSI so I called Ford Autonation back and told them can I speak to Zachary I told him that my tire on my car was never fixed y’all just put air in it and let me drive off the dealership lot with a unpatched tire that could of killed me and my baby because I got on the interstate that same day thinking my tire was fixed and it wasn’t I was very upset and pissed that’s a danger hazard so Zachary continues to be nasty and rude and disrespectful on the phone with me while I’m trying to discuss the situation about my tire so I hung up with him and called back and asked for a supervisor I spoke with her and let her know how disrespectful and rude Zachary was being with me on the phone that’s bad customer service that is unacceptable so she reported him to Hr and His manager Kevin so that same day I had to spend money to get another tire and when i got to the tire shop they took my tire off and said they found the nail in my tire that Ford Autonation services never took out my tire so I took a picture at the tire shop has y’all can see my tire was never worked so I spoke with Kevin the manger at ford Autonation and he told me that my tire couldn’t get fixed anyways because the nail was on the outside of the wall on the tire so it wasn’t no possible way for my tire to get patched in the first place but after sitting there for 2 hours for them to patch my tire that they didn’t patch Zachary never came back to me to tell me that hey Ms.Anderson we can’t fix your tire because it’s unfixable because that hole in your tire from the nail it’s on the outside of the wall of the tire he just gave me my keys and told me I’m good to go just let me drive off without my tire being patched so I spoke with two managers and all they could do for me was tell me how sorry they were and how they are gonna have a meeting with their co workers about this situation…. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go here this is ridiculous and unprofessional ! And very upsetting that me and my child could of risked being in a bad car accident because my tire wasn’t patched ! I don’t recommend nobody coming here.
