  • Service Dept Mgr in my opinion not so good with communication. Makes me feel like I am bothering him he has made comment of being "swamped" when I have asked for update on our vehicle. Although we purchased a service contract from Veritas the consumer is pretty much left out of the loop as some important information was not discussed with us. Our vehicle was there at end of June to end of July. Was returned back to us and 5 days later towed back again and has been there 3 weeks today. Not good experience with this location

  • We lucked out purchasing a new (to us) SUV from Craig at this dealership. He was very friendly, followed up throughout the process, made sure we were happy with the vehicle and even made sure it was spotless before we drove off the lot. Buying a vehicle can be so stressful - but the process and the people here really went above and beyond!
