  • I am writing to share my positive experience at AutoNation Toyota Libertyville. I had a very easy time shopping at your dealership and wanted to commend your team for their excellent service. Lukas, the sales specialist, was very friendly and easy to work with. I also appreciated working with Eric, the financial services director; both were honest from the beginning and were happy to work with me regardless of my bank pre-approval. In addition, the general manager, Kiarnan, was incredible to work with—straightforward, knowledgeable, and possessed a great personality. I regret not starting my car shopping experience here, as it would have saved me a lot of time and provided an stress-free experience much sooner. Overall, it was a great and easy experience.

  • It pains me to leave this review, but after today, it has to be done. I scheduled an appointment 4 days ago for a remote starter installation. I was quoted a price over the phone that included parts and installation. When I arrived, I was given a different price. After letting them know, they gave me a 15% discount which I was okay with. I was told my car would be ready in two hours. I waited in the lobby for over an hour, and then the rep approached me and was told the technician would have a 50/50 chance to possibly program my key fob today because they leave at 5pm or I would have to leave my vehicle for 4 days. The rep said that in some cases they apparently have to go to Best Buy to help with the programming. I walked out with nothing but wasted time. I’ve always had good experiences with this dealership until today. I would not recommend anyone get a remote starter here. Apparently the technicians can’t always program it, and need to contact a third party.
