Lukas was terrific to work with. Helped my daughter select a car that will take her through college and into adulthood. He was pleasant, fair and honest. Highly recommend.
Clean showroom and nice people! I was very happy with all my interactions with Richard(salesman). I found him kind, trustworthy and easy to work with and he tried to make what can be a stressful process pretty delightful. While I originally went to this dealership to test drive an suv that ended up not being there when I arrived, Richard quickly apologized and worked to find something similar. A vehicle that ended up being what I hoped for all along. I did have a small issue also with bill of sale from a different department thus why I can’t give 5 stars but it was fixed with some persistence and the rest of the buying process went very smoothly. And boy do I love my new car! Thanks Richard for all your knowledge, patience, and for leading me to this beauty and helping me learn how to use all the bells and whistles!!
I would give a negative rating if that were possible. I drove 45 minutes based on what I was told over the phone. They assured me the car was available and asked me to come in so they could confirm everything. I also clearly stated that I was not willing to pay full sticker price. During the call, I confirmed that I was looking for a deal at 5% below MSRP, plus tax and title. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told they did not actually have the car. Instead, they said they could order one, but only at full sticker price plus tax, title, and other fees. I was very disappointed to find that the information I was given over the phone was inaccurate. Promising that a vehicle is available when it is not, and then refusing to discuss the pricing that was previously discussed, wasted my time and a 45-minute drive.
