All of my questions were answered and all of my concerns were addressed; even down to the detail of me getting back to Fort Myers in time to watch my Dawgs football game at 3.   • Gabriel was very helpful and we negotiated a straight deal over the phone for my mother's new NX. When we went to pick it up, I got lucky and there was a GX that a customer had reserved in advance which they changed their mind on. I ended up trading in my vehicle and getting a new vehicle for myself as well. The deal was fair and the conversations were easy going, straight forward, quick and clear. I was very pleased with the experience. We arrived at 6 PM and my mother was out the door by 7:45. I decided around that time that I wanted to move forward with the GX and with no previous discussions, I was out the door with my new car by 9:30 PM. Gabriel, Ali and Jeremy the finance managers, and Preston stayed late to facilitate and I was grateful. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from them again.
