  • Purchased a Van in beginning of Aug. it was a great deal. Chris Bailey was very friendly and helped with the purchase. But when putting the deposit, i was asked to purchase Dent and Appearance Protection in order to purchase by Mike. Since Im out of state- had to purchase to secure the Van. After discussions, Mike agreed to refund both protections. And now is Dec, Mike was able to refund only 1/2 and advised not able to refund the other. Didnt deliver as promised.

  • My first time buying a car, and AutoNation Toyota made it so easy!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, from the managers to the finance department to my salesman. Christian was my salesman and he was so so awesome!! All my questions and concerns were answered and I never felt blindsighted by any hidden fees.
