  Had a fabulous buying experience here! Totally recommend! After going to other Toyota dealerships who “jerked my chain“ as a female used vehicle buyer my experience here from start to finish was phenomenal. I worked with Nick R, who was thoughtful, attentive, and so helpful. From start to finish, the process as was his goal was “smooth”! He helped me find the car I was interested in, confirmed it was available, sent me videos in advance and on buying day, helped with everything from valuing my trade-in to moving our stuff from our old car to new, with family in tow. The cashier and titling folks were also very efficient and helpful. From start to finish, recommend Nick and this Toyota dealership for anyone looking for a straightforward buying experience with excellent customer service!

  I had the best experience getting a car with Auto Nation. Hayden was super helpful, responsive, and honest. Within 24 hours we spoke on the phone and had an estimate and when I went in today I signed and left with my brand new Rav 4. Kirk Powell, the finance manger, was amazing!! We had met about a month ago and here we were dealing my deal. Kirk was personable, easy to work with, and talk to. We had a lot of fun together while getting the paperwork filled out. Usually a very long tedious experience, but not today. I highly recommend using these two guys for a wonderful experience!

  I’m am ecstatic about my purchase! Everyone was so professional, friendly, and welcoming. The process went smoothly and Jose Tores is stellar and an absolute guru at what he does. I was recommended by a family member due to how great he took care of he. Jose continued with me and my experience to give me the same top tier service and I felt over joyed with my purchase.
