  UPDATE The service manager contacted me and let me know that a price should not have been quoted for the needed repairs because they are covered under a 90 day warranty. They have since almost completed the necessary repairs. (I’ll have to come back another time to have one more part installed.) I appreciate the service I have received since my initial posting and look forward to when the car is fully repaired. (Holding on to a star until I drive away with a fully repaired car.) ***** I purchased a use Audi about two weeks ago. It's great car and my salesperson was phenomenal. It listed that it had passed a full inspection. It's a hybrid/plug-in, which is exactly what I had been looking for. When I went to refuel the car the fuel door would not open. I managed that by opening a compartment in the trunk and pulling a release cord. I also drove on EV power for many of my drives. I brought it back in about 10 days later to pick up my tags and they quoted me $390 to replace a $35 part so teh fuel door will open. I have an appointment in Saturday. Now the EV door is not opening and neither door is opening when I pull the release cords. I won't be able to make it to my appointment because I am unable to refuel. I no longer trust their inspections and you should not either.
