  For a Saturday there wasn't a front desk person but the sales floor leads/managers were attentive and friendly when I approached their desk. Marshall Sanders is seasoned, knowledgable, truthful, and treated me with respect. When the trade in value came back a lil low; he went to bat for me to come out zero on my loan balance. Between the beautiful cardinal red and his candor, I was willing to give up the equity that CarMax and another dealership would have given me. Tiffany in finance was no pressure and humble. It was refreshing to see a loan specialist that is willing to phone a colleague about an option she isn't familiar with, compared to the 'dont know but will say we can't do that ' persona I usually have gotten.
