He worked with me remotely to order my vehicle, appraise my trade-in, and negotiate fairly. He hit every point I wanted and respected what I didn't want. Just a genuinely good guy. Johanna Castellanos, the Finance Manager, helped me with the purchase. She clearly explained all my options and, most importantly, gave me absolutely no trouble when I chose to decline certain add-ons. And most importantly, she got me out quickly. The dealership itself was clean, and the staff was welcoming. I drove nearly 60 miles to get there, and it was worth it. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go upon my arrival. There were no games and no bait-and-switch tactics; the numbers matched exactly what we discussed upfront. I highly recommend this leadership team!
