  • A potential nightmare service experience saved by fantastic customer service. The schedulers are in a totally different state and have zero concept of the flow of the shop. They make promises the shop cannot uphold. But my Tahoe was serviced under warranty and Jody found me a loaner. Phew!!! Grateful for good people at times like this!!

  • Wonderful experience! Everything was right on time. Didn't have to wait in line to have my car's annual checkup. The waiting area was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service manager couldn't have been nicer. When I went to pick up my car after servicing was completed, I was totally surprised with a shining, clean car! It had been hand washed and vacuumed on the inside! All this at no charge to me! Wow! I will definitely go back there again!
