  Lexus West Palm delivered an outstanding buying experience from start to finish. I factory‑ordered my GX 550 about six weeks ago, and throughout that time Idrissa, my salesman, stayed in regular contact and kept me updated on the vehicle’s status and delivery timing. That communication made the process smooth and eliminated any guesswork on my end. Once the vehicle arrived and I went to the dealership, the entire purchase—from sitting down with sales to driving off the lot—took under two hours. The only reason it took longer than about an hour was that I didn’t have all of my financing paperwork in order. Even then, the team quickly came up with alternative solutions that actually worked in my favor, which I really appreciated. Idrissa was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the deal, and Moe in finance was equally impressive. Moe clearly explained the available warranty options without any pressure and helped me choose what made the most sense for my situation. The dealership itself is well laid out, clean, and comfortable, which adds to the overall positive feel. Even though I live in Orlando, this experience was good enough that I would absolutely make the trip back to Lexus West Palm when it’s time to buy another Lexus. Matt Anderson

  Sam and Franco (I hope I’m saying his name correctly!) were absolutely amazing. After shopping for a vehicle for over a month, I was exhausted from being jerked around by other dealerships that didn’t respect my work schedule. On a whim, I called Lexus of Palm Beach, and Sam answered. I was completely frazzled and frustrated. I told him exactly what I was looking for, explained that I had some credit challenges but earned enough to buy the vehicle I wanted, and made it clear that I needed to handle everything online. My goal was simple: when I came in, I just wanted to sign the paperwork and drive away. Sam listened without interrupting me. When I finished, he calmly said, “Sure,” explained exactly what I needed to do, and because it was late in the afternoon, he called me back the very next day. The next day, he called with the finance manager on the line. That’s when I knew we were cooking with grease! 😂 He told me I was pre-approved, explained what I needed, and gave me a realistic idea of what my payments would look like. Not a single other dealership had done that for me. Fast forward to yesterday—I came in and was finished in about three hours, and an hour of that was spent getting insurance. So really, the dealership had me in and out in about two hours. Sam stayed with me through the entire process and even helped me with my insurance. Franco was just as wonderful. He was kind, genuinely cared about helping me, and even gave me tips on improving my credit through consistent, on-time payments. The icing on the cake was being financed through Lexus. I could honestly go on and on about my experience, but I’m sure you can tell from this mini novel how happy I am! Thank you both for making what had been a stressful process so easy and positive. I truly appreciate everything you did for me. Thank you bunches! ❤️❤️

I really appreciate how they took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I’m really glad Faith was my salesperson as I honestly wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I appreciate Alex knowledge and expertise (20 years & from NY - I ask questions 😁). The two of you made my first Lexus RX 350h Premium Plus AWD a great experience.
