I factory‑ordered my GX 550 about six weeks ago, and throughout that time Idrissa, my salesman, stayed in regular contact and kept me updated on the vehicle’s status and delivery timing. That communication made the process smooth and eliminated any guesswork on my end. Once the vehicle arrived and I went to the dealership, the entire purchase—from sitting down with sales to driving off the lot—took under two hours. The only reason it took longer than about an hour was that I didn’t have all of my financing paperwork in order. Even then, the team quickly came up with alternative solutions that actually worked in my favor, which I really appreciated. Idrissa was professional, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the deal, and Moe in finance was equally impressive. Moe clearly explained the available warranty options without any pressure and helped me choose what made the most sense for my situation. The dealership itself is well laid out, clean, and comfortable, which adds to the overall positive feel.   Yes. I really enjoyed the process. I often hear of the long process and the headaches at dealer but this was different in a good way for me as a first time buyer. I didn't feel pressured. There was clarification and explaining of the process that I appreciated learning. After four years of taking ubers, I finally I got my dream car and glad it was with Lexus of Palm Beach! God led me here. They had the specific model I was believing for. The Ultrasonic mica blue with the glazed interior. I worked with Antoni and Nick! They took great care of me.
