  Yes. I really enjoyed the process. I often hear of the long process and the headaches at dealer but this was different in a good way for me as a first time buyer. I didn't feel pressured. There was clarification and explaining of the process that I appreciated learning. After four years of taking ubers, I finally I got my dream car and glad it was with Lexus of Palm Beach! God led me here. They had the specific model I was believing for. The Ultrasonic mica blue with the glazed interior. I worked with Antoni and Nick! They took great care of me.

  I’ve purchased many vehicles over the past 10 years and my experience with Lexus of Palm Beach has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. I worked with Idrissa in sales and he was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward, and made what can normally be a stressful process incredibly easy. What really stood out to me, though, was what happened after I purchased the vehicle. I had a long road trip back home to Louisiana, and even though the tires still had around 50% tread remaining, the team felt that replacing them before my trip was the right thing to do. That level of attention and concern for the customer really says a lot about the people there. Tim, the manager, made sure everything was taken care of and ready for my departure back home. From the sales team and service department to finance and management, everyone at Lexus of Palm Beach was professional, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience. I’ve bought plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was by far one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re in the market for a Lexus, I highly recommend giving this team an opportunity. I flew in from Louisiana and the process was easier than any dealership I’ve dealt with even closer to home. They absolutely earned five stars from me.

  What a great experience! I had been in a contemplative state for quite some time about purchasing a new car, and Cornelius made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I drove 2½ hours to pick up my car, and it was well worth the trip! He handled almost everything over the phone beforehand, which made the process smooth and seamless.
