I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at West Palm Beach Lexus. It all started with Alex, who made sure I had a great experience from the beginning. Even though I was running late, she ensured that Jackson was available to assist me seamlessly. Bruno was outstanding—he made sure everyone was on the same page regarding what I came in for and helped close the deal smoothly. Walter in finance was excellent as well and made the process easy and stress-free. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I love my car and truly appreciate the exceptional service. Highly recommend West Palm Beach Lexus!
Paid services not performed. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have a 36-month Lexus lease and all services up to 30,000 miles are fully paid for. The service at 20,000 miles, which is included in my lease, was never done at all. I was simply sent home with no explanation. Here are the facts: • The 20,000-mile paid service was not performed. • At 23,000 miles I found critically low engine oil, close to minimum. • Tire rotation was not done, even though it is included in the service plan. • The car started driving rough and loud — nothing like a Lexus. When I returned at 23,000+ miles, I discovered again: • Low coolant, • Low brake fluid, • Engine oil not properly filled again, • Even windshield washer fluid was not filled, • The service was incomplete for the third time. Over 23,000 miles I visited this service department three times, and each time the work was poorly done. I was even told that my tires were worn because I “turn the steering wheel too much” — an unbelievable excuse. They also damaged the plastic engine cover. One month later my battery died completely, and the car had to be towed to JM Lexus, where in just 2 hours they fully serviced, inspected, cleaned, and returned my car in perfect condition. They confirmed: “Your dealer should have fixed these issues long ago.” And what did Lexus of Palm Beach do? • Ignored all my emails, • Ignored my Lexus Corporate case, • Failed to perform a paid service, • Sent me a promotional mailer asking me to “buy tires”. After this experience, I completely lost trust in this dealership. I am requesting a refund for the 20,000-mile service that was never performed. This is not the Lexus experience I expected — this is zero-level service.O
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Lexus of Palm Beach. I leased a brand-new Lexus with zero miles, and from the beginning I took great care of it. My 5K service went smoothly with no issues. But everything went downhill at my 10K service. At the 10K service, I met with Timothy, who is supposed to be the service manager. I came in with a tire pressure light on, but after the service the light was gone, so I assumed everything was fixed. Timothy told me nothing about the tire, no concerns, no warnings, no recommendations. I signed the papers and left, trusting that everything was okay. A few days later, the tire light came back on. Shortly after that, I walked outside and found my tire completely flat. When roadside assistance arrived, he immediately told me it looked like a manufacturer issue — the tread was coming apart, which is NOT normal and NOT caused by a nail. When I took it back to Lexus, they insisted it must have been a nail in the tire and tried to show me a “puncture,” even though the alignment was clearly off, the tires were bald, and the threads were showing. Instead of caring about my safety or acknowledging their oversight, they doubled down and refused to take any responsibility. To make matters worse, he tried to gaslight me by saying the recommendations were “in the paperwork,” even though nobody verbally told me anything at the service appointment. They sent me home in a car with tire issues, putting my life at risk, and then acted like it wasn’t their problem. This is terrible service and completely unacceptable, especially from a luxury brand. Even with a brand-new car, you’re still on your own. Do NOT service your car here. Lexus will smile during a sale but disappear when you actually need help.
