  Having owned many cars, I can confidently say this was the worst experience ever. If that sounds hyperbolic, consider this: They sold me a 2023 "One owner" car. The "One owner" was Hertz rent-a-car. So, "One owner," and 10,000 drivers. The car had brake issues. I called, their response was "the brakes were just done," and he actually sent me the pad measurements. Like I don't know what I'm talking about (hint: I do). The driver-front rotor was scored and bad. After pressing, they replaced it and the pads. Ordered the wrong rotor, of course, so it took two days. The car only had one key. After convincing them to get me another key (unbelievable that I had to ask), their "key guy," who's only in once a month, programmed a key wrong. My car now thinks I'm stealing it. The tire pressure were waaaaay off when I got the car. I guess their "121-point check" should have been 122? The trunk lid weighed a ton, the gas shocks were shot. I replaced them for $50 because I didn't want to deal with Autonation. I guess the check should have been 123.. The car was filthy. They need to fire their detailer. Now the car shakes above 65mph. Likely tire balance? The new rotor? Dunno, but the "Service Manager" says that's a "wear item" and they're not going to take care of it. Oh, but she never returns calls, so I'm left to guess. As a seasoned car guy, I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. These people are only concerned about making their numbers, not being honest. Avoid.

  I’ve had 3 really good experiences with AutoNation, the most recent 2 with Gary. His commitment to integrity and customer service is commendable. He was great to deal with - honest, direct, and professional. He went above and beyond, even after the purchase, to make right a miscommunication, and I am extraordinarily grateful for that. The service I receive is why I continue to return to AutoNation, and will continue to recommend to family and friends!
