  • I had a great experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Pompano Beach. The team was incredibly efficient and detail oriented. Matthew, the service manager, was extremely helpful and provided me with a wonderful loaner vehicle. The communication throughout the process was terrific, and the facility is truly state-of-the-art. They tackled a tricky issue with patience and tenacity, and ultimately resolved the issue completely. I'm very impressed with their dedication and first class service!
