  I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer from AutoNation, and overall I had a wonderful experience. I was highly satisfied with my salesperson, Afm Haque. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and confident with the Explorer I chose. He took the time to answer my questions, explain features, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was how efficient the process was. I was in and out within about 3 hours, which is impressive for purchasing a vehicle. Honestly, it would have been even quicker if there hadn’t been a delay with cleaning and washing the car before delivery. That was really the only hold-up during the experience. What stood out most was the customer service even after the sale. A few days after bringing my Explorer home, I had some questions about the vehicle. I reached out to Afm, and he promptly returned my call and walked me through everything I needed help with. That level of follow-up and care meant a lot and truly showed his commitment to his customers. I definitely plan on calling Afm Haque again in a few months when it’s time to purchase a car for my son. He was awesome to work with, and I highly recommend both him and AutoNation Ford to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

  After recently losing my car in an accident, I found an identical one at this dealership. Since I live in Ohio, I wasn’t able to see the car in person, so buying it from out of state was a big decision. From the very beginning, Hector and Tristan were absolutely amazing. Tristan went above and beyond by sending me detailed walk-around videos and plenty of photos, making sure I was completely comfortable and confident with the car before moving forward. Hector, the sales manager, made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions and guiding me every step of the way. Nick and Juliana in finance were also a huge help. They took the time to explain all of my financing options and helped me find the one that made the most sense for me. Even though I haven’t taken delivery of the car yet, the customer service I’ve received has been outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you’re buying from out of state. I’m so excited to take delivery of my Mach 1!
