  Sitting here waiting for finance to allow us to sign the paperwork, and wanted to take a moment to shout out this dealer location and some key staff members. Upon entering the dealer for the first time, I was met with warmness and patience from our sales associate, Michael Henry. He has only been with the dealership for a little over 6 months but was very knowledgeable about the products available and showed me options based on the priorities communicated. Post our test drive and my departure, Michael continued to work on my behalf to find a solution that would work for my budget. Even if I needed to stretch a little. One thing I will say is that Michael had no issue escalating my needs all the way up to the GM, Colin to find my deal. I’m very detail oriented about what I am paying, and Colin provided me with more than enough information to satisfy my interest in the financial portion of the deal. He and Michael even worked with me to make a path to an upgraded vehicle ensuring I had top priority safety features. Grateful to everyone here at AutoNation Toyota at Thornton Road.
