Thank you Eishua Chavez and AutoNation USA Denver 104 for your morals, honesty, transparency, clear communication, personal attention to me without pressure or rushing me because other customers were waiting on you, **for staying 2hrs possibly more after closing (Sorry about that) to help me Completely understand what the process was and what I was signing Before I signed anything, for your car standards, inspections and needed maintenance and repairs Prior to sales. Thank you for following through on your 5 day 250 mile return policy when my arthritic knees couldn't handle the clutch pedal of all things, lol! A big Thank you for making the return process so seamless and stress free! And even more telling of who you are personally Eishua Chavez, thank you for being so happy for me when I told you I found my "perfect" car at All Wheel Drive Motors. Everyone I encountered while working with you at AutoNation USA Denver 104, was so kind and personable and welcoming of me and my service dog in such a stress inducing situation! I would absolutely give you 10🌟 out 5 and recommend you and AutoNation USA Denver 104 to Anyone and Everyone looking to purchase or finance a reliable vehicle! You really need to know just how rare and truly unique and special you are in today's world. You need to know how much I truly deeply appreciate you, your heart, morals, honesty and especially your patience, lol. All the qualities I mentioned above, about Eishua Chavez and AutoNation USA Denver 104 need to be pointed out individually and specifically because they are not the norm for a salesman and dealerships, unfortunately.   We had such a good experience! From the second we got there to when we left. The gentleman that helped us, Eishua, was very kind and not at all pushy and was very knowledgeable of the inventory and cars themselves. Would definitely recommend to others!

  I had a wonderful experience at this AutoNation location! All thanks to Eishua I was able to purchase my first car with ease. He was very reasonable when it came to negotiation & I didn’t feel pressured to buy at any point in my experience. I’d also like to shoutout Jake the finance guy! What a helpful dude when it came to getting the rate I wanted! Would 100% recommend anybody to this location when purchasing a vehicle!!! :))))
