We looked at Nissan, Toyota, and finally came to Acura. Last Friday me and my wife stopped in to look at previously owned certified cars that came off a 2 or 3 year lease. Pretty good selection on site. Colby walked out to greet us within a few minutes of getting out of the car. First thing, this guy is young, or I'm just getting old, but he looks like a kid.......but he really knows his stuff. Knows cars. And he has an absolutely charming respectful personality. Everything was "yes sir", "yes mam". And that goes a longggggg way with my wife. He spent plenty of time with us. No pressure tactics. I felt like he was giving us genuine advise. He gave us his opinion and facts on some other cars and other brands. I did some Ai research later that night and everything he said was 100% spot on. He mentioned we should look at the Honda dealer too because maybe they had a lower trim level we might like. We went back on Saturday for a test drive of one car we really liked. Afterwards we went to Honda but my wife was turned off by the trucky ruggedness of the vehicles. The MDX is basically a Honda Pilot, but with much better suspension, better tuned engine, sleeker exterior, and lower to the ground. And it doesn't look like a truck. It looks like a luxury sedan hatchback sorta..just not a truck. So Tuesday I go back and forth with Colby texting offers. It was his day off and I knew it, but I didn't want to lose that one car with the specific interior color my wife liked. So he worked with me throughout the day. I think we closed the deal last night at 7pm. We walked in this morning at 10:15am and left by 12:45 with a deal I could live with. Colby....it was a pleasure meeting you and working with you. Thank you so much. Happy wife, happy life.
⭐️ 5/5 stars! I'm still grinning from ear to ear after my experience at Acura North Orlando! So, my wife and I were in the market for a new car, and let me tell you, we were overwhelmed. Kelly, the sales manager, who totally turned things around for us. He was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable - seriously, he knew his stuff. He took the time to understand what we needed (reliable, spacious, and safe), and showed us a few options. But the 2021 Acura RDX w/A-Spec Package was love at first sight. The sleek design, the premium interior, the advanced tech... it ticked all the boxes. Fast forward to a few days later, and I'm driving off the lot in my dream car. It's been a game-changer for our family adventures, and we're so grateful for Kelly’s help. If you're looking for a dealership that truly cares about getting you in the right ride, Acura North Orlando is the way to go! 😊
New review , mainly because the lack of a response from management , i wish they could give me an email so i could send screenshots of all the calls I've made to this dealership requesting to speak to a manager and no one has gotten back to me. This was originally a 5 star review, i was genuinely very pleased with the experience i had at this dealership, Roberto the sales guy was amazing to work with , and we are very easy to work with, we liked the car and we bought it , mainly because we have an identical vehicle to it , so we were in and out in an hour , with the purchase of this vehicle we decided to buy a warranty , about a week after buying the vehicle i contacted Acuracare ( this was the warranty company) to inquire about the coverage and they had no records of the policy, gave them phone # , vin , emails , they simply couldn't find it , i called the dealership and requested to speak to finance/ or management over 20 times ( i have all the screenshots of all the calls i made ) on top of that i called the warranty company about 15 times as well and they had no record of the purchase, they would just say " it takes a month for the warranty to be activated " or " since your under the factory warranty the warranty i purchased won't activate for 60 day " few weeks ago i notice a credit on my account, the same amount as the warranty, to this day i have yet to talk to anyone at the dealership, all i know is someone called my office and spoke to one of my employees and said something about a warranty refund , now i have to find a new warranty and pay out of pocket for it , i don't want anything for free , all i need is help with a warranty and its been impossible to get ahold of any manager at this location to explain to me what happened and where i can purchase another warranty, main reason i don't drive to this dealership to ask in person is because we live a few hours way , again my experience at this dealership was phenomenal , we were very happy and will be back in the future if we need to buy another vehicle for our company , i just want a call back and this review will go to 5 stars again .
