  • Ask for Andrew L! You generally would not think you would go to an Acura dealership for a BMW but I am more than satisfied with the amazing experience and deal I received. I originally went to get a 2021 preowned BMW with very low mileage but upon arrival it was just sold right before I got there. There was some miscommunication with the online sales team, it happens, what happened next is what compelled me to write this review. Andrew immediately identified the error and came up with a better solution. He was able to still make my already pre-approved trade-in stick for the amount that I wanted and was expecting. He was able to find me a 2024 under warranty (that still had a year and a half and 12,000 miles in free service directly from the BMW dealership) with better luxury options for slightly less than the car I originally wanted. How he figured that out in less than 10 minutes was impressive! At the same time, he made sure my Wife and I were extremely comfortable and he even put the football game on his phone at his desk for us to watch the during the entire time he was busy making sure the transaction & paperwork was being processed with his colleagues and car was being detailed! Highly recommended and truly appreciated the great deal I got. Andrew also followed up to make sure everything was smooth and spot on with the car and was able to quickly answer a few minor questions.

  • Francois is an excellent salesperson, and his manager is also very dedicated to their work! Everything went smoothly from the moment I walked in in the morning until the drive home. Francois also prepared everything I needed and made sure I didn't forget anything! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and will continue to buy cars from them.
