  Man, so many good things to say about these guys! I replied to an ad they had posted on Car Gurus, and was promptly on the receiving end of a phone call from Rick in sales. After answering a couple questions I had about the truck our conversation turned to friendly banter, as if two friends had reconnected after years. It was clear from the start that this wasn’t just about business, this was about connection and top notch customer service. A short while later I walked into the dealership and was met with shaken hands by multiple team members with welcoming positive attitudes. To say I felt at home at this dealership was an understatement. Not only was I shown the truck I called about, but was given free range and sets of keys to half a dozen other trucks that matched my desired description- which made decision making really tough in the best way! I picked the truck that best suited me and down the road we went. After our drive, a friendly face from at least a decade ago, Steve came walking out of the building to greet me in the parking lot. We talked trucks, sure, but conversations of hunting and fishing quickly took over and made this truck buying process really enjoyable. I’ll be the first to admit that I’m far from the easiest customer to crack, and I’m sure they’d agree. I went back and drove this truck two days in a row, spent hours talking and haggling, was given grace to take the truck home overnight and put some miles on her, and ultimately on the third day of my own decision making became the owner of a killer new-to-me low miles 2023 Superduty that is sure to turn heads everywhere. I can’t help but think that when they named this place Custom Trucks Northwest, that they took it to heart. Not only did they tastefully build the truck with quality parts the right way but they’re also matching my requests and completely altering the truck to match my tastes 100% including suspension, and wheels and tires of my choice. I am beyond happy, and I’d rate these guys 10/10 stars if I could. Huge shoutout to Rick, Steve, Chris, Matt, Sean, and whoever else involved from sales, management, financing, to the guys in the shop turning wrenches for making this an A++ experience for me. Saddle up dudes, we’re goin fishin!

  From the word hello on the phone to find out information on a truck . To all the way threw the purchase of the truck and a hand shake and hugs goodbye and drive safe home Custom Trucks Northwest. Was nothing less then Top Teer attention to detail Customer service. Absolutely amazing people. And they never stopped working hard for there Customer. Amazing nice experience. The second you are on there lot you have nothing but top quality vehicles to look at and Top quality people to help you. Absolutely 💯 accurate experience.

  Found a 2022 Ford F150 crew cab on their website. Was helped out by Chase, who showed me the truck and other similar models they had in stock. Chase was very professional and no pressure. Everyone at Custom Trucks from Chase, the owner and the finance department gave me good prices and fantastic service. They also able to install power running boards and a hard bed cover I wanted. Would definitely buy my next truck there!
