  • I recently ordered a Phase 8 OPL Membrane Switch. From you guys, and I have to say, I’m really impressed and satisfied with the entire experience. The part itself looks and feels high-quality, exactly as described. Well, probably as expected since it's a genuine OEM. Still, I was able to source it from you under a fair price. The packaging was excellent too. The item was sealed properly, protected with layers. Customer service was good. Communication was clear and fast. I was constantly being kept updated from order to delivery. Shipping was also really quick. The item arrived sooner than I expected and in perfect condition. Thank you guys!

  • The first batch went out frustratingly bad. However, after calling their customer service and speaking to their Equipment Sales Manager, Michelle, their staff immediately dropped by the next day with the replacement washers in tow. My business only went down for a few days, and now my laundry facility’s back up and running. I was even able to have them repair my old ones. Those beat-up, seen-better-days antiques, after purchasing a few parts. They managed to refurbish and somehow doctor them back to life, which honestly surprised me. Saved a couple of hundreds on those, really. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how everything turned out. From transport to final setup, everything was handled professionally. Michelle and the rest of the team their team made the whole process quick and smooth. Thank you guys!!!

  • Worst technical support ever! DO NOT BUY WASHERS OR DRYERS FROM THEM. I purchased 4 washers and 4 dryers from this company, and unfortunately, none of them worked properly. I contacted them multiple times seeking help, and we even spoke directly with the owner. Shockingly, he requested a credit card number just to answer my phone call. We tried reaching out to several technicians for assistance, but they all told us they were not allowed to provide technical support unless we first paid a $400 deposit, as required by the owner. The lack of support, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude from the owner made this experience extremely disappointing. After such a large purchase, we expected proper customer service and basic technical assistance — neither of which we received. I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
