We spent a very long time searching for the right car, and finally found the perfect one here. Arthur was an amazing manager— very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the whole process. Pinch me, I must be dreaming. This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. I had been shopping for a car for my son. I ran across a 2015 Mazda CX5 they had and it hit all my requirements for a purchase. I sent an email and Art called me back quickly to discuss the car and set up an appointment to see and drive the car. Car was ready to go when I arrived. Art went over the car features and answered all my questions and let us take a longer than usual test drive. I had a few concerns but they gave me a 2 week warranty for those and 3 days to take it to my personal mechanic and get it checked out. My mechanic had some concerns and I called Roman to talk about them. He said bring it in and we will have a look. It took a few days for parts but Roman addressed all the concerns and got the car in A+ shape without haggling or belittling the requests. He was very genuine and concerned about getting a good car for my son to drive. They even helped with financing for a reasonable rate and the overall price was negotiated in 15 minutes, where as I have spent over 4 hours at a dealership being exhausted by the back and forth and games they play. The dealership location is unassuming and lackluster but they focus on the product not the building. Do not be put off by that. If you are in the market for a used car, give Romcar a shot for your business.
