My experience here was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. This was our last stop after visiting 3 other dealerships, and we almost didn't go because we had such an unhappy experience at the Honda dealership just prior. I am SO GLAD we went! Jay and his team offer excellent service (unlike the Honda team) and brought us to the finish line and into my new car. This team was welcoming, ready to accommodate us, respectful, not pushy and very helpful. Let's be honest, spending time at any dealership is lengthy and stressful, but this crew made it enjoyable; time with them as the process worked itself out felt like some kind of reunion as they made us feel at home (maybe because my husband is from Long Island). These are people we could grab a slice with, and that made all the difference.
