  • My husband just bought a very nice truck from here and it was a great experience! Dean really works with you on what budget you have and is very informative. They make sure all the vehicles are in good working condition and detailed with a fresh oil change! Jay was super nice and knowledgeable and very helpful.

  • I recently had a very disappointing experience with Platinum Car. On my first visit, they welcomed me well and showed me one vehicle. They told me that the bank approved me only for that specific car, and it was a “take it or leave it” situation. Even though the car had 150,000 miles, I agreed because I urgently needed transportation. The next day, when I went to pick up the car, they suddenly asked me for an extra $200 upfront as a commission, on top of the deposit I had already planned for. I explained that my budget for the deposit was limited, and I questioned this unexpected charge. When they noticed I wasn’t happy with this surprise fee—and after one of the staff members said his bank account was short by $200—they decided to sell the same car at auction for $5,000 less than the price they offered me, instead of honoring our agreement. Worse, they avoided me completely at the office afterward. They didn’t explain anything, didn’t apologize, and not even one person said goodbye. They simply walked away from the situation. This experience made me feel disrespected and misled, and I would not recommend dealing with Platinum Car based on how unprofessionally I was treated

  • from the moment I went there I spoke to Dean was the manager. He found me a 2019 Nissan Murano the car was perfect. The car was everything he described It drives perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I recommend this place. They were so good. They called me back a week later to check up on me and they put two new tires on for me for free.
