  TL,DR: Good people, but no above-and-beyond. Straightforward. Make sure you have your loan dialed in for weekend purchases. Don’t expect much wiggle room on price. Realize that there’s taxes and fees. Called on a Tuesday to verify the car I’d seen on CarGurus was still available. After some back-and-forth between on/off-duty employees, I put a purchase-applicable/refundable deposit on my selected car to remove it from inventory until I could travel/verify/test/purchase. Arrived on a Saturday, and my bank had dropped the ball with loan information, which would have stumped the purchase if I hadn’t had my credit card. With my card, I was able to avoid interstate licensing/titling taxes and just get a trip permit with my purchase of a vehicle that needed a bit of cosmetic help when I got home. No major issues. 👌 Overall, the employees are honest, helpful, play a little hardball because it’s a family dealer and they have to make a profit somehow, and are on the ball…. Once you let them know that you’re ready to proceed with your purchase. Would be five stars if they’d fixed the minor issues themselves since they have the discount and the connections (they could’ve added that repair to the sale price and it would’ve been cheaper for me). Would appreciate leaving the lot with a full tank, i.e. keep it 1/4 until it’s purchased then fill it at signing as a nice gesture/thanks-for-choosing-us. Wish that “overnight” mailing of a title from Saturday evening meant Tuesday receipt to coincide with trip permit expiration, but did not get it until Wednesday in a “priority” envelope, so I had to pay my state to extend my trip permit.

  Recently found a great car at Universal Auto and wanted to be sure it was in good shape. Marco made sure we had time to test drive it as long as we wanted and easily agreed to have a mobile inspection take place. We ended up buying the car and feel great about our purchase.
