  • I purchased a car from here yesterday that I worked over the phone for a week. Because I live two hours away When I got there, they tried to change The price and kept adding fee fees in giving me a hard time with paperwork multiple times playing games. I was there for six hours when it should’ve been in and outsituation. they also told me that they detailed the car when I asked multiple times throughout the time I was there if they would do it and they said yes and the car was absolutely disgusting and I now have to pay out-of-pocket to get it detailed. My sales person was great, but I’m very disappointed with the dealership. Also I noticed the next day ALL MY TIRES had gashes in the sidewall which is against safety and illegal to sell that way. The tires can blow out at any time and is very dangerous. I’m waiting for a call back on it

  • I went to this dealer on Monday to purchase a vehicle. The car already had basic mechanical issues, including a broken parking brake (it would go down but would not return) and the car was completely out of alignment. Even so, I gave a down payment, and they assured me the car would be fully ready by Saturday. I arrived on Saturday right at opening time (9:00 AM) to pick up the car. Instead of delivering what was promised, they told me it was “not a good idea” to take the car and tried to push me toward other vehicles that were far above my budget. This was unacceptable, since we had already agreed on the car within my budget and had signed paperwork. They kept stalling and wasting my time for over 3 hours, even though I made it clear from the beginning that if they could not sell the agreed car, I wanted a refund. In the end, the refund paperwork took less than two minutes, which shows how unnecessary the delay was. Now I am being told I have to wait 5 to 10 days to receive my refund because of their failure to honor the agreement. This experience shows a lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for the customer’s time and money. If you want honest business and dealers who keep their word, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They are not reliable and do not honor signed agreements
