My experience purchasing an EV6 with Asal was the best car buying experience I have ever had. As a sales director myself, with high expectations, I was extremely impressed how Asal and the management staff allowed me the opportunity to have a car buying experience that every car buyer dreams of. To give this a five star experience is an understatement. From start to finish the process was clear, extremely pleasant, and even more than I would have expected myself being in the sales industry. Besides the top level of professionalism that I experienced, the Kia product itself rises to a new level. Expect to get more than you hoped for.   This is the best experience we ever had in obtaining a brand new suv. Omar Heredia was our sales representative and he was able to make our experience very easy and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we obtain. We got ourselves a 2026 KIA Sportage and the test drive was very good and the handling of the suv exceeds our expectations.   From start to finish, our experience at Mission Viejo Kia was 10/10. My husband and I searched a lot of Kia dealerships in the area looking for good pricing on the 2025 Kia Telluride and ended up choosing Mission Viejo for their timeliness, transparency, willingness to help, and overall service. I’d like to highlight Anthony, Peter, and Louay - they were all exceptional from start to finish and I would recommend working with them if given the opportunity! Upon arrival, our car had been detailed and was ready to be driven home, and the paperwork & financing process was seamless. I’ve always dreaded the “new car buying” experience but they made it painless. Additionally, when leaving the dealership we realized my husbands car tire had a nail in it. The service bay stayed open late to service it, free of cost. Thank you Cody for being such a helping hand. We can’t recommend Mission Viejo Kia enough!
