  I picked up my Telluride here yesterday. To sum it up, if anyone is considering buying Kia, I would highly recommend Kia of Mission Viejo. Samantha, my sales advisor, especially, streamlined my purchasing process with her extensive experience. I was impressed by how much effort she and the rest of the staff put into reducing the time it took to complete the purchase process. Unlike other brand showrooms, there were already five vehicles on display inside the showroom, so I didn't have to go outside to the parking lot to see vehicles. The showroom had a bright and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff, comprised of professional sales advisors like Samantha, who had extensive experience in the industry, were busy serving customers. During my hour-long stay, there were roughly 7-8 groups visiting for sales consultations, but the atmosphere wasn't chaotic. I didn't realize Kia cars would be so popular that much. Every Saturday during lunch, Chick Fil-A chicken sandwiches are provided as complimentary to anyone who visits the showroom. This small but customer-friendly service sets them apart from other brand showrooms. The coffee quality from the automated espresso machine was also surprisingly good, which was a nice touch. My Telluride was thoroughly cleaned before it was handed to me, and the fuel tank was full. Peter, who helped me with the down payment transaction and final contract signing, was very professional and customer-friendly. I would like to once again express my gratitude to the team at Kia of Mission Viejo for their assistance with my purchase.

  Professional, integrity, ease of process, superb and transparent communication. These are the reasons why there is no other reason to shop anywhere else than Mission Viejo Kia. My experience purchasing an EV6 with Asal was the best car buying experience I have ever had. As a sales director myself, with high expectations, I was extremely impressed how Asal and the management staff allowed me the opportunity to have a car buying experience that every car buyer dreams of. To give this a five star experience is an understatement. From start to finish the process was clear, extremely pleasant, and even more than I would have expected myself being in the sales industry. Besides the top level of professionalism that I experienced, the Kia product itself rises to a new level. Expect to get more than you hoped for.   We have had the pleasure of buying two cars this year from Patterson Kia in Mission Viejo. We were very happy with the great customer service received from their sales team. Annie Cuevas took very good care of us from start to finish. She answered all of our questions regarding our purchases and our vehicles. She is very knowledgeable on the Kia line. She definitely makes you feel at home as if you are dealing with a friend. Roy took care of both our financing paperwork. He is also awesome to work with through the whole process. I can't say enough about Annie and Roy, they are awesome! We hope to came back for our Telluride when they have it in a hybrid!
