My experience purchasing an EV6 with Asal was the best car buying experience I have ever had. As a sales director myself, with high expectations, I was extremely impressed how Asal and the management staff allowed me the opportunity to have a car buying experience that every car buyer dreams of. To give this a five star experience is an understatement. From start to finish the process was clear, extremely pleasant, and even more than I would have expected myself being in the sales industry. Besides the top level of professionalism that I experienced, the Kia product itself rises to a new level. Expect to get more than you hoped for.   From start to finish, our experience at Mission Viejo Kia was 10/10. My husband and I searched a lot of Kia dealerships in the area looking for good pricing on the 2025 Kia Telluride and ended up choosing Mission Viejo for their timeliness, transparency, willingness to help, and overall service. I’d like to highlight Anthony, Peter, and Louay - they were all exceptional from start to finish and I would recommend working with them if given the opportunity! Upon arrival, our car had been detailed and was ready to be driven home, and the paperwork & financing process was seamless. I’ve always dreaded the “new car buying” experience but they made it painless. Additionally, when leaving the dealership we realized my husbands car tire had a nail in it. The service bay stayed open late to service it, free of cost. Thank you Cody for being such a helping hand. We can’t recommend Mission Viejo Kia enough!

  I usually despise dealerships and at best tolerate them. I’m always waiting for the “catch” or the inevitable “unfortunately my manager says…” Kia Mission Viejo was the first dealership where I genuinely enjoyed spending time with the staff. Annie was transparent, upbeat, and respectful throughout the entire process. I purchased a new 2027 Telluride, and it was refreshingly painless and straightforward. If you get the chance, pick her to work with! Multiple employees mentioned that the owner’s priority is treating people the right way. I didn’t meet him personally, but that mindset clearly shows in the culture and experience. Because of that, I won’t be going anywhere else for years to come. (And yes—the new Tellurides are AMAZING.)
