To give this a five star experience is an understatement. From start to finish the process was clear, extremely pleasant, and even more than I would have expected myself being in the sales industry.   We have had the pleasure of buying two cars this year from Patterson Kia in Mission Viejo. We were very happy with the great customer service received from their sales team. Annie Cuevas took very good care of us from start to finish. She answered all of our questions regarding our purchases and our vehicles. She is very knowledgeable on the Kia line. She definitely makes you feel at home as if you are dealing with a friend. Roy took care of both our financing paperwork. He is also awesome to work with through the whole process. I can't say enough about Annie and Roy, they are awesome! We hope to came back for our Telluride when they have it in a hybrid!

  This is the best experience we ever had in obtaining a brand new suv. Omar Heredia was our sales representative and he was able to make our experience very easy and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we obtain. We got ourselves a 2026 KIA Sportage and the test drive was very good and the handling of the suv exceeds our expectations. I highly recommend Omar in purchasing or leasing a new car/suv from Kia Mission Viejo. His customer service was excellent.
