  Had a great experience with Texas Trucks and Autos. Ivanya did great assisting me with my Durango purchase. I noticed one thing with the truck and Ivanya made sure that they would order the part for me and she kept her word by making sure I had what I needed. Would definitely do business again!

  “ Warning “..I bought a 2019 F250 from this place.. Told it was a good truck… Way too many problems. I can’t even drive it. The transmission slips in every gear., Out of nowhere, the truck will shake violently. It’s so dangerous. It’s a death trap… the steering box and suspension. Basically everything under the truck needs replaced.. The rear brakes need replaced bad rotors, and pads, The starter only works sometimes.. sometimes the truck will turn over and over and over and not start…The battery goes dead.. There were five holes in the roof of the truck from a aftermarket spotlight I did not know this leaked water Every time it rains, floods the interior of the truck… All the windows leak water. The water goes nowhere because the truck must’ve came from a rock Coreyand is full of dirt inside the door panel… The water fills up and just slashes around… 7 to 10,000 $ to fix everything… But that’s not an exact number because I haven’t had it worked on because I’ve already spent my money on this truck unfortunately it’s gonna sit in my yard for several months until I can save up because it was bought with no type of warranty… because I trusted them… Do not trust these people… So unfair and so unfortunate.. I’m actually a good guy Who don’t deserve this…

  I had the most awful experience with this company. I was late on my payments by two weeks due to having surgery, and my short-term disability payments didn’t kick in on time. Instead of being understanding, they threatened to repossess my vehicle. It’s ridiculous that they wouldn’t work with me during a tough time, especially when they’re more than happy to take my money. To make matters worse, one of their representatives, Isabella, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me and spoke to me in a condescending manner, like I was beneath her. The way she treated me was disgusting—like a slave owner talking to someone they felt was inferior. I sincerely hope this business shuts down one day. They are not customer-oriented and certainly don't seem to care about Black people, despite taking our money. I’m just glad I was able to pay off my vehicle, and I’ll never return to them or recommend anyone to do business here. If you value respect and professionalism, do yourself a favor and go up the road. Stay away from these people, especially if you're Black. It’s not worth the headache.
