  I bought a car from this dealership 20 years ago, and I’m happy to say they’re just as great today—if not better. They’ve recently moved to a larger location, still in the same neighborhood, and continue to provide outstanding service. I came in for a new 2025 RAV4 XLE Hybrid, and Merlin made the entire experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. It’s rare to find this level of consistency and care over the years. I highly recommend Merlin and this dealership if you’re in the market for a vehicle. Thank you to the owner for responding to my review so quickly. During the car-buying process, we also enjoyed a delicious chicken sandwich from a nearby restaurant. It happened to be around dinnertime, and my wife and daughter were hungry. Merlin was incredibly kind and helped us order food. The quality of your service is truly unbelievable.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Kirkland and wanted to share my experience: My initial point of contact was Liz, who was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire car-buying process. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, so I had plenty of questions — all of which Liz answered thoroughly. She and the Kirkland dealership were the only ones able to meet me within my target range, which I greatly appreciated. Liz was also very flexible with my busy schedule and helped coordinate the logistics of coming in person to finalize the deal. When I got to the dealership to finalize everything, I worked with Anayat, who was truly amazing. He explained everything clearly and was upfront and transparent with me. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very easy to work with. He helped me set up the tech in my vehicle and answered any questions I had about the car itself. Anayat even went out of his way to drive down to my area to wrap up one last thing. Overall, Liz and Anayat made my first car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable, and they were both truly great to work with. I’d definitely recommend working with either of them when you’re in the market for a new car.
