  Our sales person named Lawrence who promise us and to convince my wife to get the deal and trades for my 370z to 4runner. If we get the 4 runner that night 07/25/2025. he promise to give us a cruise tour by verbal no written or so they took advantage our emotions to get a new vehicle . And we mentioned it to finance person before signing the papers they did not say anything all. they want is to close the deal and goodbye. After few months when I msg Lawrence about he promise cruise tour his gone🤬 he said he resigned. That's BS. Now we want to down grade the 4 runner coz we figure it out we pay a lot for lease and lots of add on that +$6k I believed. Then I ask what I can get for trade to smaller car. Imaging 2025 4runner trade to 2025 camry no down payment but still monthlt payment of$755 which same payment for 4runner. I feel scam they don't care all they want money again from me. Then I went to toyota edmonds I my honest saleperson there just came back. He saw the record. He can't believed what toyota kirkland to us. Now I traded our 4 runner to 2x 2025 corolla se with only $299 monthly. Imagine that. I suggest go to toyota edmond instead. Sorry toyota kirkland we will never go back
