He took the time to understand what I actually needed and walked me through every option without any pressure. I've already recommended him to several friends looking for their next car. When questions came up after delivery, Max sat down with me on a busy Saturday and patiently walked through every line item, explaining the details and giving thoughtful advice on what made sense for my situation.
