  This dealership continues to show ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY and outright dismissal of legitimate concerns. I made it clear and included the fact that the car wouldn't start when I picked it up. They needed to use the jumper cable tool twice, once to start it and another because the car was turned off and wouldn't start up again. Immediately after purchasing I went to Auto Zone for a recharge because the battery had a 2/25 sticker on meaning it's not even a year old yet. Of course, it was a fake sticker because the test results showed it was a 2015 battery, and it was overly dead. I purchased a new battery, and I haven't driven the car for more than 30 miles, and the check engine light is on because the system resets. (See pictures for proof). When I confronted the dealer, instead of addressing any of this, their response was dismissive, and no accountability was taken. They said, "car is sold as is no warranty have a good day." (See pictures for proof) They didn't give no meaningful explanation, no investigation, and ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. I completely understand vehicles are sold as is, but that does not excuse MISREPRESENTATION & FAILURE TO DISCLOSE KNOWN ISSUES. If they disclosed about the old battery, they slapped a new sticker on and disclosed about the check engine light upfront, since the very beginning, I never would have purchased this vehicle. Their public claim that they take "allegations seriously" directly contradicts their private messages which show nothing but dismissal and deflection. Instead of addressing the evidence they choose to deny the experience entirely to protect their image. I am a real customer, I have photo and message evidence, and I stand by everything stated here.
