  Sold me a Van that I later learned had major electrical issues and transmission issues!! They put an inhibitor on the battery to mask the seriousness of the electrical issue. You had to drive to Van for an extended period for all of the electrical issues to surface. The electrical issues also affected the transmission. The Van literally shuts off when you put the car in reverse. It then progressed to shutting off whenever I would brake the van to a complete stop. I had the van inspected before I purchased. They made sure all of these issues where masked during the inspection. When I advised them of the issue they removed the inhibitor and stated they didn't know how it got there. My mechanic stated that whoever installed the inhibitor knew that the car had an electrical issue. I will update on the cost of all the repairs later. I will never purchase from this dealership again and would not advise anyone else to as well. Even if you plan to have the vehicle inspected!!!! I added the repair bill for the vehicle that I purchased! If they did it to me they will do it to you!

  Just bought a van from Rock Motorcars and would 100% recommend them. Ryan was not pushy and went above and beyond to assist in the sale. Mike was excellent in getting us set up to get on the road. Price was fair, service was excellent and any issues both Ryan and Mike were eager to help. We shopped around for weeks and drove 3 hours from Michigan and we are glad we did.   Unprofessional! I stopped to look at a 2013 Expedition that Jed told me had new tires and brakes. It was listed for $9999.00 and he told me he'd take $300 off the price. After the test drive my husband told him the vehicle was pulsing when braking so he said he'd have his mechanic look at it int he morning. The next morning he called me and said, "your husband was correct, it was the brakes. We replaced the rotors and pads on the rear." We went back later that day, drove the vehicle again, and the pulsing was gone. We did notice that the wheel was black and when I mentioned it to Jed he said they had to use a torch to get the lug nuts off and it burned the wheel. I asked him if he'd consider a lower price since we would need to buy a new wheel. He said no and then proceeded to say, "I put $700.00 into that car today. You changed your mind, I changed mine so I'm not giving you the $300 off either, in fact, I'm not going to sell you the car. Give me the keys." We assumed since he told us it had new brakes and it didn't that he should have fixed them so we couldn't understand why that was our problem?!?! We were completely caught off guard at his unprofessional behavior so we left immediately. Checked the listing the next day and he raised the price another $1000.00. I should have listened to the other reviews that said he treated customers poorly. Buyer Beware!
