  One of the best experiences thus far on my car journey! Helpful staff, I can’t even single out a single employee because as a team they were perfect. Thank you Nick for striking the conversation but the whole team was so helpful. Before I left they even made sure I understood all my new features. I highly recommend. They’ll take good care of you.   I sought out the Service Department at the Hove Nissan Dealership in Bradley , Illinois. I knew of Tom , one of the Service Managers there from a previous occasion, and also met Clint , another Service Manager, on this occasion. Both gentlemen were wanting to understand what problem I was experiencing with my Nissan pickup, Both were patient with me and an appointment was scheduled a little over a week away , their first opportunity in their schedule . I brought my truck into their dealership the night before the appointment on the next morning . They thought that they might have some indication of the problem by mid morning . I did call a few hours later as I was concerned that it might be an issue with the transmission . Clint informed me that they nearly had the problem diagnosed—— their mechanic had been working on it as we spoke. After lunch , their mechanic knew that it was not the transmission ( that was changing gears just fine). But it was some clutch in the transmission cooler that was not working properly. They had the parts needed in stock , but we had to check out the financial responsibility. I had taken out an extended warranty first offered to me when I purchased the vehicle from them . Turns out , that there was no deductible on that warranty and the entire parts and labor were covered by that warranty. By the end of the day , I was driving out with my truck working just great , without an expensive repair bill . I am one happy camper . In summary, a very good experience all the way around . Even ran into Todd, the salesman who helped me buy the truck five years ago . Very appreciative of Hove Nissan . I would recommend them highly !
