I was very impressed with Eduardo (Ed). He did a wonderful job explaining things and help us navigate a very awful experience of the car buying experience. Prior to coming to hove we went to several dealership and Hove was the only one that offered the best deal and all the incentives. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone wanting or needing a car.
This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Conner is the nicest guy and they got me the terms I wanted and even delivered the truck 2 1/2 hours away to my home. I highly recommend them. The truck is exactly as described and they were very descriptive about everything.
No problems with my EV repair. Told me about my manufacturer warranty I didn't even know was still in full effect, walked me through the process, gave me a great loaner car, fixed my car faster than expected. Great work!
