  I had to leave a review for not only the exceptional experience I had with the entire team, but especially Roman. This was truly top-notch customer service from start to finish. I had been searching nationwide for over a year and a half for a 2024 or 2025 Acura TLX Type S, so imagine my surprise when one was listed in Seattle, so close to home. During that search, I encountered everything from salvaged titles, hidden imperfections, misleading listings, and pushy sales tactics on vehicles that clearly did not match their asking price or advertised condition. After dealing with so many disappointing experiences, my expectations had honestly become pretty guarded. That’s what made working with Roman such a standout experience. Roman answered all of my blunt, straightforward, and admittedly numerous questions with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine engagement.
