  • Took the car in for a transmission fluid change. They performed their standard inspection, left the break fluid cap off, left the cabin vent tube disconnected, forgot to reinstall the battery cover, and left all of the surrounding wires unmounted. I have zero confidence that transmission fluid was replaced. Will never conduct business with this shop ever again. The shop hasn't bothered to return my emails or the $700 for the transmission change.

  • Minus 5 stars! Awful place for service. Stay far, far away! My daughter bought a new, top of the line Atlas in Nov. '24 and added a 3yr service package. So, the car is 1 & half yrs-old and has 12K mi. They didn't want to honor the 10K mi oil change and inspection, wasted the 20K mi one, refused to rotate the tires AND, WORST OF ALL, they claimed that there's an oil leak (there has never been a single drop of oil where she parks) and that the warranty wouldn't cover finding where the problem is. I'm extremely concerned that they might've damaged her engine so that they can do the "repair" and if so, they'd be looking at a hefty law suit. To top it off (pun intended), they state that they top off fluids. I opened the hood right there and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was almost empty. I asked a mechanic passing by and he filled it up, but the "service" advisor quickly came out, I guess afraid the mechanic might confirm there's no oil leak. Obviously, I don't even trust they changed the oil nor the filters (cabin was due). Watch them post that I'm supposed to contact them to make it right and demand 5-stars on Google... Ha!

  • DO NOT do business with VW of Kirkland. We bought a VW ID4 in 2023, paid over list but got the car we wanted. However, our experience with the service department has been amazingly frustrating. We get the feeling that the Service Department sees every customer as a challenge, and they must win the argument. We do not write many reviews, but after our latest experience, we had to get it out. The ID4 is a wonderful car and our maintenance costs have been zero (with 45,000 miles on it), but you should definitely deal with a different dealer.
