  Took the car in for a transmission fluid change. They performed their standard inspection, left the break fluid cap off, left the cabin vent tube disconnected, forgot to reinstall the battery cover, and left all of the surrounding wires unmounted. I have zero confidence that transmission fluid was replaced. Will never conduct business with this shop ever again. The shop hasn't bothered to return my emails or the $700 for the transmission change.

  Tristan in the service department at VW Kirkland is outstanding. He’s been there for years, and it’s so nice to have that consistency every time I bring my car in. He always listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and looks for additional ways to help beyond what’s expected. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling confident that my car has been well taken care of. Life is busy, and having someone like Tristan who is dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares makes the entire service experience so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for him and the entire service team at VW Kirkland. Highly recommend!
