Took the car in for a transmission fluid change. They performed their standard inspection, left the break fluid cap off, left the cabin vent tube disconnected, forgot to reinstall the battery cover, and left all of the surrounding wires unmounted. I have zero confidence that transmission fluid was replaced. Will never conduct business with this shop ever again. The shop hasn't bothered to return my emails or the $700 for the transmission change.
Great experience at VW Kirkland. Luke was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle seen quickly. I really appreciated the excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. The inspection reports were also very thorough, easy to understand, and provided valuable insights into my vehicle’s condition. BAD EXPERIENCE!. The people in the parts department were cool but..... Less than 30 days ago I needed a car, so I went to Volkswagen, for pre used car. The salesperson told me it was a certified pre owned car and that all the cars here go through rigorous testing before they're allowed on the lot. It has been less than 30 days and the check engine light came on. I was told they would pay for it and to bring it in. Once they diagnosed it, they have told me that they will not be paying to fix it, not even 30 days later, and the car has a problem. Don't buy from here. They will not take care of you. They are not your friends. BAD BUISNESS!!!!
