  • Five stars isn’t enough for the level of care I've received here. It's rare to feel like a sales team actually has your best interests in mind — but that is undoubtedly what I experienced with Volkswagen Kirkland. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported. Chris did an excellent job making the entire experience welcoming and stress-free. He answered every question honestly and showed me multiple options without pushing me into any of them. Tommy was also incredibly helpful, and went well out of his way to find THE perfect car that met my goals and stayed within my budget. I went to several dealerships before making my way to this one and can easily say that I wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. Exceptional customer service, genuinely good people (shout out to all of the 12s here — go Hawks!), and top-tier cars. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. To anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy car-buying experience, this is the place!

  • I brought my car in due to low coolant, which I had to refill twice within about a three-week period. I was grateful to be able to schedule a time when a loaner vehicle was available. I dropped my car off, and initially everything went smoothly until about 30 minutes after leaving, when the check engine light came on in the loaner car. I had to drive back to Kirkland to exchange the loaner. When I returned, I was informed that my car had already been inspected and that no coolant leak was found. I was told this was based on a visual inspection only. The service advisor then agreed to request a pressure test from the technicians, which, in my opinion, should have been part of the initial diagnostic process. A few hours later, I was contacted and told that no leak was detected. Since that visit, I have continued to monitor and refill the coolant. I now also hear a clicking sound after shutting the car off, along with a noticeable sweet, coolant-like smell. These ongoing symptoms strongly suggest that there is still an unresolved issue. Although my car is still under warranty, I feel I have little choice but to take it elsewhere for further diagnosis. The staff I interacted with were friendly and the process itself was convenient; however, there is clearly something wrong with my vehicle that has not been properly identified or resolved.
