  When I received a call from Samantha at Toyota of Renton I had a good feeling. She asked great questions about my choice of vehicles and paid attention to nuances in my rambling descriptions. She adjusted her schedule to meet with me and she was great. She moved trucks around the lot to get them side by side so I could compare comfort and exterior looks. She made a huge effort to find what I wanted and in the end I drove away with a new 2026 Tundra in the color and style I wanted (except for the moon roof for my kids 😭). My trade in was accepted at a decent value to help reduce my monthly payments and I wasn't pressured into any extras that I didn't need. The finance manager was equally excellent in customer service and friendliness! It was a very wholesome and low pressure experience all around. Samantha and Fred were great. Front desk staff was great. 6 stars.

  So far in my 44 years of owning cars, this has been the easiest, seamless and most friendly experience that surely will follow with my 5 children as well.
