I would strongly advise anyone considering service at Land Rover Tacoma to think twice. My experience was beyond frustrating, especially considering our service bill was over $7,000. Despite the cost of the repairs, we were denied a courtesy loaner because of their “minimum 3 service appointments before being eligible for a courtesy loaner” policy. That alone was incredibly inconvenient and disappointing because we were very flexible and willing to wait until a loaner became available. Communication was another major issue. Our service advisor, Donarius, was extremely difficult to reach. On multiple occasions, I stopped by in person on my way home from work just to get a status update and ended up waiting 30+ minutes while staff tried to find someone who knew what was going on with my vehicle. When the car was finally ready, i called an hour ahead of time to let the service department know my ETA to pick up my vehicle. Upon arriving, I waited nearly an hour for them to bring it up front — all while watching multiple employees lounging and chatting. At that point, my patience was gone. While waiting, I reviewed my invoice, and noticed that it listed a “complimentary car wash.” What’s more, I found out the real reason it took so long to bring my car out: despite my having called an hour ahead to let them know I’d be picking up my vehicle, they had not washed it yet and decided to wash it (just the exterior) only after I arrived. This was days after they told me my car was ready for pick-up — ample time to have handled even a basic car wash. On top of that, the paperwork claimed the interior had been vacuumed and detailed, but as shown in my photos, it hadn’t been touched at all. While reviewing the invoice, I also noticed I had been charged for multiple items I had specifically declined through their online portal. When I questioned it, I was told those additional gasket replacements were “required” in order to complete the approved repair and that it wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. My husband is a mechanic, and he immediately called that explanation out. He came in and addressed it directly. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. They present well initially, but it doesn’t take long to realize you may have made a mistake trusting them with your vehicle. In contrast, I highly recommend Land Rover North Seattle for all service needs — even if you live in Pierce County. It is 1,000% worth the drive. I had no problem scheduling an appointment within a week, received a loaner vehicle (they actually didn’t have a “courtesy loaner” available but they didn’t hesitate to pull a car off of the lot for us to drive while our vehicle was being serviced) without hassle, and the service advisor was attentive, efficient, and professional. Customer satisfaction was clearly a top priority there. Never again will I use Land Rover Tacoma. For my next service, I will gladly make the hour-and-a-half drive to North Seattle without hesitation. PLEASE steer clear of this establishment if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I truly appreciated being able to discuss the vehicle over the phone with Andy and Dwight and through text, receive videos, and handle so much of the process remotely. It made the purchase smooth and efficient without having to spend hours waiting at the dealership. When I first arrived, I had my heart set on a different Defender. Unfortunately, there was a small glitch code that came up on the instrument panel. As someone buying a brand-new car, that was unexpected — but I sincerely appreciated the service team Demarius and Clarence taking the time to walk through the codes and help me understand what was happening. Things aren’t always perfect, and your transparency and effort meant a lot. I’m especially grateful for the pivot Dwight and Andy put together to make the experience exciting and fun again. That level of care makes all the difference. With 25 years in sales myself, I can honestly say I felt like I was the only person in the room — and that’s what makes an experience truly memorable. Edward made the delivery process fantastic. Learning about all the features of the 2026 Defender was extremely helpful and made me even more excited about my purchase. Recently I had to have my 2015 Jaguar XF repaired for what started with the ABS module failure issue. From there the list of issues kept growing turning this into a real project for Land Rover / Jaguar team. The car was there for roughly 2 months as parts had to be ordered on more than one occasion. The entire time my service rep kept me up to date on what the current situation and of course the pricing of the service which was a concern for me. At first I had concerns taking the car to the dealer, but after all this I would defiantly return to this location. Thank you for you assistance in getting my car repaired.
