This was during a test drive while we were deciding whether to buy a Discovery. We met Charles, and he was honestly one of the best salespeople we’ve worked with- super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely nice. If you’re looking to buy a Land Rover, Charles is the person to go to. He he knows the lineup inside and out and explains everything in a clear, no-pressure way. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and walked us through multiple options that matched our needs. He showed us different trims, features, and models we might like, and answered every question we had without rushing us. We were especially interested in a Discovery, and Charles did a great job explaining the Discovery options. Overall, it was a really positive experience- friendly, professional, and stress-free.
