  As much as I despise car shopping, this was quite a pleasing experience. I went to Tacoma to look at a couple different Subarus I had seen online. This was the first stop. Once I was turned over to Fabian, we took it for a test drive and all was well. I still wanted to check out the other one however, and said I would let him know. After the other one which was a bit less and comparable, I went to eat. About half way through my meal, I had decided to go back, texted Fabian how late he was there and told him I would be back. I returned and we finished the deal. His manager was just as great getting my financing, to the point it was 30 minutes after they closed (the extra waiting was worth it) when we all left. The staff here was spectacular, no pressure, very helpful, answered questions, and put me at ease... not easy, as I stated I despise most dealerships for car buying. Will definitely return when shopping next time. Thank you all at Volvo Cars Tacoma!! Ralph (Lewis)

  My husband and I bought the XC60 T8. It was a genuinely pleasant experience. Jordan Di Mattina was fantastic! Very attentive, and made sure we had exactly what we wanted! Made the entire experience very positive! We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend them! We LOVE our new car!!

  Don’t bother, because they don’t! We walked the lot for about 20 minutes looking at cars. We had to go find somebody to ask questions and get help. When I enter the showroom, there was a small group of employees just standing there watching us through the window. Apparently, they couldn’t be bothered to sell a car today. I guess the woman with the red hair drew the short straw so she helped us. She wasn’t knowledgeable about any of the vehicles we had questions about and seemed put out when we asked her to let us see inside the vehicles. I won’t be coming back. I can get a Volvo anywhere. Terrible customer service!!!
