  My wife and I are on our 4th Subaru and we absolutely love our Ascent! We have bought all four of our Subarus through Subaru Portland, and we won’t go anywhere else! Our Ascent did have a small defect and everyone at Subaru of Portland did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Big shout out to Vaughn and Ray, who took the extra time to make sure everything went smoothly!!

  I had a very pleasant experience buying my car at Subaru of Portland. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made what is usually a long and stressful process feel much more manageable. Ariana was the first person to reach out to me after I inquired online, and she was wonderful to work with—very personable and easy to talk to. She mentioned that she’s fairly new to her position but comes from a hospitality background like myself, and it really showed. She was warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend working with Ariana if you’re in the market for a new car. I’d also like to acknowledge the management team for clearly fostering a culture that values friendliness and professionalism throughout the dealership.
