  • Great buying experience overall. Audi streamlined their lineup. Making the options less complex. Our sales guy Max really knew the products and had lots of fun facts about why Audi versus Mercedes etc. We ultimately choose an SQ5 - had it shipped in from Las Vegas. Took about 1week once we made a decision. Definitely a fun buying experience. Can’t wait for some snow to enjoy the Audi Quattro driving experience.

  • Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this shop and the brand overall. My 2017 A3 first showed a transmission warning on the dashboard, so I brought it here. They diagnosed it as a transmission issue and charged me over $1,000 for repairs. Just a couple of months later, the exact same transmission warning came back, and this time my car had to be towed to their shop. They then told me that the transmission fluid cap was loose, all the fluid had leaked out, and the transmission dried up. Their excuse was that someone who did an oil change must have accidentally removed the transmission fluid cap and didn’t tighten it properly. That explanation makes absolutely no sense. This shop was the only place that ever worked on my transmission. Why would someone doing an oil change even touch the transmission fluid cap? This sounds like negligence or a failure to properly reassemble the vehicle after the first repair. They tightened the cap and replaced the transmission fluid and filter, charging me almost another $1,000. Despite all this money spent, the transmission warning is STILL showing on the dashboard. To make things worse, after paying nearly $1,000 again, I asked them to appraise my car in case they wanted to buy it. Their offer? $1,000 for the entire car—after I had already spent thousands on unresolved repairs. I was genuinely considering upgrading to a new Audi, but after this experience, I have serious trust issues with the brand itself. If this is how transmission problems are handled, it makes me question whether these cars can reliably last beyond 100,000 miles. This experience feels careless, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and ended up with the same problem and a nearly worthless car. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this shop—or this brand—with major repairs.
