  • Great buying experience overall. Audi streamlined their lineup. Making the options less complex. Our sales guy Max really knew the products and had lots of fun facts about why Audi versus Mercedes etc. We ultimately choose an SQ5 - had it shipped in from Las Vegas. Took about 1week once we made a decision. Definitely a fun buying experience. Can’t wait for some snow to enjoy the Audi Quattro driving experience.

  • Bought a used Toyota Camry from Elliot at Wilsonville Audi. Picked it up at a great price with better than expected financing. Elliot was quick to respond all my questions, concerns, and provided me with all the information before arriving at the dealership. I found the listing and drove it home the day of. Elliot and Christian made it quick and easy. Super laid back and low-pressure environment; Even though purchased a lower priced car on their lot, they treated me with the same respect, hospitality, responsiveness, and resourcefulness as someone purchasing a brand new Audi.

  • My husband & I bought this Q7 from Wilsonville AUDI 11-27-24 within three weeks my computer said it was a quart low on oil. Fast forward to now, every 3 1/2 weeks since then it's a quart low on oil, AUDI tried to tell me it's "NORMAL" well it's NOT! I went up there and talked with sales manager Morgan who said now we are 8K in the negative and did nothing to help other than offer to find other cars but after me pursuing this issue with him not once but twice he just did NOTHING! Also, the breaks squeak and again I was told it's "NORMAL" no it's not! I had two independent dealership mechanics look at my car and they both said get rid of this car ASAP! Beware when buying from them as once you buy and walk away they do nothing to help you. I have purchased two Audi's and never again we went back to a more reliable luxury dealership and will never own an AUDI ever again. Also, the day we trade our other 2023 AUDI we got an oil change there at Wilsonvile Audi and good customer service would take care of the charges for that but no we paid over 200.00 and bought this car the same day. I have family members with Audi's that are getting rid of them now after seeing all that I've dealt with in this horrible experience.
