  What started as a good experience turned south very quickly. We are out of town buyers and had the car shipped. When we directly asked about the exterior condition of the vehicle related to what we saw in the video I was advised only a "minor scuff" on the fender. Upon delivery it was evident this was not the case and the exterior damage was far from "minor." Direct inquiries to address in good faith for the past three days have been ignored. Beyond the dents, holes, and multiple deep scratches it was delivered with gouge in the sidewall of the tire. Unrepairable and and known safety issue. 11/7 update: car transaction rescinded per their policy. Car picked up on 11/4 (re-listed for sale on website already) and no clear expectations on when and how I will be fully refunded per policy. Emailed group listed below multiple times and spoken to GM. Issue remains open and funds have been in their hands since 10/23.
