  • After going to a different dealership and basically hassled to get a car I came here and left with my beauty of a car !! Absolutely the best customer service and dealership I’ve gone to. Chris was absolutely amazing , i felt Confident and stress free purchasing my car from here. He was very upfront about the pricing. If you want to be hassled to get a car go to any other dealerships, if you want honest truth about numbers and no pressured to walk out with something come here. Everyone was super friendly definitely recommend coming here

  • My wife was right - the 1-hour drive saved us a lot of headaches. We’ve been on the hunt for a Jeep Wrangler for a while now, scouring every dealership in our local area. It was exhausting. The big dealers near us only had maybe 5 or 6 Wranglers total on the lot, and none of them had the options we actually wanted. We were about to settle or just give up when my wife suggested we expand our search radius. That decision led us to Taverna. It’s over an hour from our home, but let me tell you: it was worth every mile of the drive. The difference was obvious the second we pulled in. When I say they have inventory, I mean they have HUNDREDS of Wranglers. It was mind-blowing. Local Dealers: Had 5-6 cars total (and none with the options I wanted). Taverna: Had 20+ of the exact configuration I was looking for. To be honest, they almost have too much inventory - which is the best problem a buyer can have. Despite the size of the place, we weren't pounced on. We were greeted promptly by Anthony and allowed to walk the rows freely, breathe, and explore without a salesperson breathing down our necks. Anthony had to step away for an event, which is hard to do in sales, but he graciously did a warm handoff. When we were ready to narrow it down, we met Xavier and Chris. These two are the reason I’m writing this review. Car sales is usually a cut-throat gig where reps fight for commission. Not here. Xavier and Chris worked as a seamless team to answer our questions and handle the paperwork. The culture at Taverna is just different; it’s supportive. We even had other sales reps (who had nothing to gain) coming up to us just to say thank you for coming in and to ask how we were doing. The practical stuff was just as good as the service: - We paid below book value with absolutely NO negotiation needed. - They took care of the service package and extras we wanted without hassle. The Kicker: We asked about a new key for my wife’s Jeep (which we bought from a different dealer we love), and Taverna arranged to get it done for less than half the cost other dealers in our area had quoted us. If you are tired of the low inventory and high pressure at other dealers, do yourself a favor: make the drive. You need to see the selection for yourself. Ask for Xavier and Chris, they are freaking awesome.

  • I had a wonderful experience at the Taverna dealership. I arrived after shopping all day at other dealerships, and the vibe was immediately different. Ani Sharma helped me find my dream car, and you could tell he genuinely cared about more than just making a sale. He also provided guidance on making the best financial decision based on what I was looking for. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had at any dealership. After we came to a deal, Ani and the team stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I could get the car and wouldn’t have to come back the following day. The next time I go car shopping, this dealership will be my first stop, and I doubt I will need a second.
