  Have done business with them for probably 5-10 years. Mostly buying watches, precious metals and occasional oddities. I’ve pawned my Breitling Superavenger 2 to them probably 4-5 times and it’s been a great experience till recently. I call up to see if I could send my wife in to pawn the same watch that has been pawned to them over 3-5x over the years and was told sure no problem send her in !! Wife drives in (45 min each way) and gets told no sorry we have to open the back to “verify” and we don’t have tool I called them while she was in store to explain that it’s my watch and i called yesterday, they pulled the history on it and said we were good to go if it’s the same watch/ same Serial number ?!?!? The “assistant mgr” said that regardless of its long history with the store this new rule was non negotiable and his employees were not aware… Sounds like he failed because your front line is a reflection of you as a business. I WAS a repeat customer because I like the way the business was ran, now I’ll be a non returning one for that same reason PS if anyone of you want to sell me your high end watch reach out…

  I have to start off by saying the person that I called about taking the Nintendo switch was amazing him and the manger are the only reason there not getting one star. Now on to why only two stars the two ladies working the front desk on may 14 at 0945 don't need to be working the front desk or dealing with customers the I'm better than you attitude and eye rolls on customers is rude if you want to work with the general public sympathy compassion go a long way arrogance and disdain that customers see and feel makes us not want to do business with a company the ladies need to be retrained and need to understand that your paid to work not sit there gossiping and treating customers bad for interrupting you or asking questions
