  My experience getting my new Audi Q5 from Audi Las Vegas was by far one of the best car dealership experiences I've ever had. From the very first phone call, Travis was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy. He introduced us to our sales associate, Sayhan, who was equally fantastic. My husband and I immediately felt comfortable, and from start to finish, the experience was seamless and completely stress-free. We looked at both the Q3 and the Q5, and ultimately decided on the Q5 because I wanted something larger than my previous vehicle. At no point did we feel pressured—they took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us find the right fit. When there was an unexpected delay with the Finance department, Sayhan went above and beyond by sending us home instead of making us sit and wait for hours. He arranged for us to come back another day to finish everything. As many people know, car dealerships are notorious for long wait times, but throughout the entire process it genuinely felt like they respected our time. They even surprised us with a few thoughtful extras for the inconvenience, which was a really nice touch. Even after driving off the lot, Sayhan has continued to provide exceptional customer service. Whenever I have a question, he's quick to respond and always happy to help, which has made driving my new Q5 even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Travis, Sayhan, and the entire team at Audi Las Vegas to anyone looking for an Audi—or really anyone shopping for a new vehicle.   This is my second car without the dealership everybody there are so helpful, thorough, and really pay attention to what the client needs. My sales representative syron was really good and thorough. Curtis from the maintenance department has always Helping the last three years and always have a loaner car ready when I need help. Truly will not disappoint even on the holidays they respond to me🙌🏻🙌🏻

  This is the second Q7 we have bought from Audi Las Vegas. As it was the first time, everything was smooth and so easily done. Jordan and Seth were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. They answered all questions we had and made us completely comfortable making the large purchase. We will definitely be back when we will be looking for the next!!
