  The wife and I came into Las Vegas on a flatbed truck with a burnt intake valve in our 2018 Q7 3.0T. We just purchased this used vehicle (69,000 miles) in Minnesota just 11 days prior planning to spend 3 weeks on the road down South, thankfully we purchased the extended warranty. Curtis Maldonado was phenomenal to work with as he negotiated with the selling dealership and extended warranty company to minimize our cash outlay for this expensive repair. The extended warranty company first approved and then declined the repair stating it was preexisting. Curtis, with his positive energy bird-dogged the negotiations and showed genuine care for us the customer! Since we picked up the car a week ago, we have driven over 2,000 miles without issues. I’d highly recommend Las Vegas Audi (their service team and Curtis Maldonado).

We signed for one price and came to back and since he was able to continue working on the deal we got the packages to same price we were expecting with initially showed 6.5%! So happy we were about to get it all for a price we were comfortable with. Even though longest experience in a long time.
