  I had been doing my research and against my better judgement, I put my contact info into Edmund’s to get an invoice price. Instantly contacted by 4 different dealerships in Houston. After visiting another local Toyota Dealership and being completely disappointed with how they handle negotiations, Amanda E. was persistent in following up to earn my business. I’m also in sales, and I was impressed with how she handled my objections. You could tell she really wanted to find a way to make the deal work. Most salespeople have commission breath and are only looking to see how they win, not how the customer wins. Amanda showed great sales techniques and despite my constant pressing at a number I knew they couldn’t get to, she made me happy by finding other ways to get the deal done. There were 3 other seasoned sales folks that competed against her and she won. To me, that’s impressive. On top of that, the finance manager was extremely helpful, put together a package that worked for me and he also closed the deal. Ultimately, spending the time to find out what the customer needs and then finding a way to feel like they won is the name of the game and AutoNation Toyota did that for me. I will be sending anyone I know looking for a vehicle to this dealership. I recommend anyone reading this review to at least check it out before purchasing any vehicle. Very happy with my 2026 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro.
