  We had a great experience at BMW of Houston North buying a used 2010 Honda Accord. I found the vehicle listing online and called to see if it was still available. Mike Albright verified it was on the lot and set up a test drive for me the same day. When we arrived the car was ready to go. Mike was not pushy or heavy-handed about the sale at all. He answered all of our questions clearly. He was fully transparent with the pricing, the Carfax history, and the dealer's own inspection and maintenance report on the vehicle. The dealership's "5 day/250 mile" return policy gave us the confidence to buy the Accord that same day. We had it independently evaluated the next day at Christian Brothers Automotive, who assured us it was a very good used car.
