  Had an awesome experience with Michael Russo today at BMW of Houston North. Such a breath of fresh air after a not so great experience at a different (unaffiliated) dealership in Katy. I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle and found a gorgeous 2018 LEXUS RX350, at a different AutoNation dealership across town. My husband reached out to Michael to see if it was possible to get this particular vehicle over to his location, so we didn’t have to drive across town in Houston traffic for a test drive. Michael was happy to assist and had the vehicle detailed and ready for our test drive the next day. The LEXUS was exactly what I was looking for, beautiful condition and priced exactly where I needed it to be. We took a quick test drive and when we returned Michael asked what I thought, to which I responded “I think you just sold a car!” The process was seamless and easy! Paperwork was quick and Michael walked us out and put my plates on before we drove away! If you’re looking for top-tier customer service, Michael is your guy!! I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle and our entire experience! We live in the Woodlands, so it was a very quick trip to the dealership.   From the day that I called and was connected with shaun M explained what I was looking for the research that I’ve done and knew that the cars were hard to locate. He asked me about what details and told me he would get back to me as soon as he located a car he did an excellent job. It took us a few days. We communicated by phone and emails and text when he located the car we schedule a day to come in and finish the transaction I came into the dealership was greeted and treated with professionalism and excitement of the new purchase of my BMW M850 I convertible 2026 Shaun and his team lived up to my expectations and I was very satisfied I would recommend their service and their staff when someone’s trying to find the car of their dreams

  I recently purchased a CPO X5 from BMW Houston North and overall it was a good experience. I reached out to the Internet sales department prior to going into the dealership and they were very transparent and prompt in providing requested information. Once I was in the dealership I ended up working with a different sales person (Matthew) than I'd originally communicated with and he was absolutely wonderful! He was helpful, honest, and did everything he could to ensure I was happy with my purchase. He even took the time to set my phone up in my new car! Thank you so much to Matthew, Craig, and team for helping me purchase my first BMW!
