I visited AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers and had an excellent experience. I traded in my Honda Pilot and purchased a 2026 Toyota Tundra. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. Anibal, the sales representative, along with the management team and finance department, were professional, friendly, and transparent every step of the way. They made the process smooth and stress-free, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I left very happy with both the deal and the service I received. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience.
Stop dealer hopping and go to Autonation Toyota in Fort Myers. When greeted, asked for Ezequiel Echevarria. Hee is my story (actually, my sister-in-law's story). Nack in May, my sister-in-law asked me to accompany her to purchase a new vehicle. She was undecided between a 2026 Kia Sportage, 2026 Chevy Trax and the one I convinced her to get, a 2026 Toyota Rav4. Ezequiel did not harass us with overwhelming questions like others did. He went straight to the point and asked limited questions which consist of what we were looking for in an SUV and if gas economy mattered to us. After not even 30 minutes of his time, Ezequiel convinced us into getting the 2026 Toyota Rav4. They gave us a better trade in deal than Kelly Blue Books value for my sister-in-law's 2022 Chevy Trax. Not only that. He got my sister-in-law the color of her preference even if she had to wait for it to come in. Today finally was that day. We arrived at 9am and was greeted from other sellers that took us straight to Ezequiel. We were out and driving back home at 10am. SHOUT OUT TO EZEQUIEL ECHEVARRIA. I myself, will be back to trade in my vehicle for a new Toyota. Still debating though 🤔
Purchasing my new Toyota Highlander XLE was a great experience from beginning to end. Marc was extremely patient, humble, and very down to earth, which made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. From the moment my wife and I walked in, he acknowledged us and made us feel welcomed while we explored our options. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or pressured, which helped us feel confident about our decision. I also had a great encounter with Daisy Granda, who finalized the paperwork and made sure everything was explained clearly. She walked us through all of the additional features and protection options available and explained the pros and cons of GAAP coverage and other add-ons. Her professionalism and transparency helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Having Marc Toscanini guide us from the beginning and Daisy finalize everything at the end truly made the entire process a breeze. The two of them are great examples of making sure a company hires the right people with integrity and respect, which goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. The Toyota Highlander XLE itself is an amazing SUV—stylish, spacious, and packed with great features that make driving comfortable and safe. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and the service we received. Because of this experience, we will definitely be back next year to purchase another vehicle from Marc Toscanini.
