I also had a great encounter with Daisy Granda, who finalized the paperwork and made sure everything was explained clearly. She walked us through all of the additional features and protection options available and explained the pros and cons of GAAP coverage and other add-ons. Her professionalism and transparency helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured. Having Marc Toscanini guide us from the beginning and Daisy finalize everything at the end truly made the entire process a breeze. The two of them are great examples of making sure a company hires the right people with integrity and respect, which goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. The Toyota Highlander XLE itself is an amazing SUV—stylish, spacious, and packed with great features that make driving comfortable and safe. Overall, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and the service we received.
