  Our experience was wonderful! Our sales consultants were Farid Saidi and Lucas Bentley assisted by Keith Allen from the management team. The 3 individuals mentioned contributed to a very pleasant experience. We purchased our Equinox EV late in the day on 9/30/25. The sales team was so helpful explaining what credits & rebates were available and even took the time to research whether other credits were available such as the "first responder" credit. Farid Saidi was particularly helpful by staying well past closing time to ensure we were familiar with the EV features and even sat with us as we contacted "On Star" from the vehicle. We also greatly appreciated the time taken to discuss home charging options even to the point of giving us information on qualified EV charger install companies. We are convinced that AutoNation in Laurel, MD gave us the best deal around and we would highly recommend them and their very qualified sales team!

  Once my complaint and issues are resolved I will modify my review. Within my first few days of owning the car my heated seats did not work, I have a service light one that will not turn off, and an exhaust leak (that is leaking into my cabin of the vehicle I travel with my kids in). I cannot even have the vehicle inspected in my state due to the emissions needing to pass. After receiving absolutely NO help from this location after numerous attempts - I remember in a conversation I could visit ANY local to me AutoNation to have the items completed under warranty. So I scheduled the appt, I drove the 2-2.5 hr drive to the nearest location to me which was a Honda dealership. The service folks at that location were AMAZING in helping me even though they couldnt perform the work needed as my vehicle is a Ford. So now here I am outside of my rescind date with a new (to me) vehicle that sounds like a rusted out Probe and cold cheeks in December. I have called corp office and opened a complaint was told to give it a couple of days. So we will see, I will update as the progress is made. Update 12/17 - Received email from the GM after calling corp again to stress the importance of this issue. Asked to give a couple of days to find a resolution. I responded with a local dealership name I have been in communication with my issues and are happy to help in any way. Update 12/21 - Emailed GM for update as I need to travel for Christmas and the exhaust leak is becoming louder. Update 12/23 - No Response or resolution. Update 1/7/2026 - After approval from GM and dx from a local Ford Dealership. The info was emailed to the GM 1/7/2026 to address the exhaust leak first. Once that is addressed we will need to see if the catalytic converters (2) are damaged. Waiting for response as of 1/8/2026.
