  Our experience was wonderful! Our sales consultants were Farid Saidi and Lucas Bentley assisted by Keith Allen from the management team. The 3 individuals mentioned contributed to a very pleasant experience. We purchased our Equinox EV late in the day on 9/30/25. The sales team was so helpful explaining what credits & rebates were available and even took the time to research whether other credits were available such as the "first responder" credit. Farid Saidi was particularly helpful by staying well past closing time to ensure we were familiar with the EV features and even sat with us as we contacted "On Star" from the vehicle. We also greatly appreciated the time taken to discuss home charging options even to the point of giving us information on qualified EV charger install companies. We are convinced that AutoNation in Laurel, MD gave us the best deal around and we would highly recommend them and their very qualified sales team!

  Everyone at auto nation was very Nice. Keith was a man of his word when I told him where I wanted to be as for a payment he did his best to do as I asked. And also he saw unhappy o was with my first choice of a car and immediately help me find car to my liking and also in the color I wanted and a newer model. Muhammad was a very good Salesman and he was attentive to me he kept good contact and made sure I was prepared when I got there. He even followed up with me after I got the car. And Alex ( Mr Finance Guy). Forgive me if I messed up your name. He explained everything to me during the Signing process and he made me and my husband feel very comfortable.
