  I stopped by for my original appointment on Monday at 9:30 and the experience honestly caught me off guard. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, and after a few minutes I had to ask an agent if all the cars were waiting in the bay. She told me they were very busy and the wait would be about three hours. I ended up rescheduling for the next day, and I’m glad I did. Tommy was my service advisor, and he completely turned things around. He greeted me with a warm hello and a smile, and immediately put me at ease. He let me know there would still be a bit of a wait but that they would work through everything as quickly as possible. He even arranged for the shuttle to take me home, which helped more than he realized. It’s the small things that make a difference, and Tommy always brings that level of care. This is exactly why I’ve been a long-term customer. My experience the day before felt out of character for AutoNation Hyundai, but Tommy reminded me why I keep coming back. Great customer service, every time.
