  • I bought a car about a month ago and I am not incredibly excited about my purchase. I ended up with a not so good transmission. I paid $4800 for the car and there are some normal wears and tears like the heat not turning off which I can tolerate. I replaced the tires and wipers which was another $600. I asked them to look at the transmission and they did a flush but made me pay for the fluid. Not sure I was happy with that but I did but it as is. For anyone buying from them the customer service is good but make sure to really take a mechanic with to test drive and make sure to ask if you can go further than a block because that is all we were allowed to go which should have been my first demand. Had I demanded to go further I would have noticed the poor transmission.

  • Please do not consider this dealer. They sell you broken vehicles. We bought a 2012 jeep compass it had electrical problems also something with the engine or the transmission or both we don't know. My son took it to work and they told him there is many things wrong with this vehicle get rid of it now. We took it back they would not give us our money back. they told us we had to choose another vehicle off their lot. So we did! We ended up buying a 2008 Chevy Impala. Not even 24 hours of having this vehicle my son made a trip to the store with his girlfriend and my Grandbaby. The tie rod went on the driver's side. My son found out later that it was missing a nut holding the tie rod on. That could have turned into a worse situation. What if he was on the expressway. This vehicle could have killed my son. He ended up fixing it along the side of the road after my husband bought a new one. Then as they were driving home the car died. They first thought the key fob gone bad. Nope it turns out there was something wrong with the motor. They overfilled the oil to hide the noise when we did the test drive. They swear up and down that they looked over the vehicle and everything was great on it. My son went to return it. They told him there is nothing they can do for him. Take it to the shop. They will fix it it's under warranty. After talking to the warranty people, they refused to replace the motor because it was pre existing. Dan claims that he knew nothing about it. We found out that the car was bought from an auction and he knew about the blown motor. All Dan keeps saying to us is that's very unfortunate that's what you get when you buy used cars as is. As of right now, nobody is taking responsibility for this. We had to go get a rent a car for my son. They refuse to do anything and so does the warranty people. Please be smart. Don't ever go to this place unless you have money to throw away. That's what's gonna happen. I have never in my life dealt with anything like this. These people just don't care. They took our money and refuse to make it right. We shouldn't have to pay to rent a car. They should be responsible for it, considering they keep selling garbage vehicles. I we'll say this again. Please don't make the same mistake We did.

As long as she’s here they got our business for life! We got a F250 for 8k , we couldn’t have found a better deal! Ana was very nice too!
