  • I recently bought a Can-Am from Nash Scottsdale. The entire process was easy and painless (coming from a guy who despises the dealership experience). Wes wasn't pushy at all and the finance dept was a breeze. Pick-up was seamless and we're happy with our purchase! This is our 2nd purchase from Nash. I'd recommend them over their competitors any day. The only "issue" I'm seeing, is a possible 30 day wait to get my title paperwork done. Is there any way to expedite this? I have a trip coming up and need to bring my new ride with.

  • I’ve purchased several vehicles from Nash over the years—an Outlander 850, Kayo 70, Honda Monkey, SxS trailer, and an FZ6R—and was always satisfied… until this summer. In March, I placed a deposit on a new Yamaha R9. When I called to confirm details, I was told the bike would be sold at MSRP and there would be a wait due to Yamaha production delays. I was fine with that and checked in every few weeks, excited for the call that my bike had arrived. By August, I noticed an R9 advertised online—but I never received a call, text, or email from Nash. When I reached out, I was told I was “down for a red one” (the only color I had specifically said I didn’t want). Still, I asked about purchasing the bike and again was told it would be sold at MSRP. The next morning, my family and I went to the Scottsdale location ready to buy. That’s when the problems really began: • I was suddenly told the price was $4,000 higher than the actual MSRP. I had to pull up Yamaha’s own website to prove otherwise. • They claimed they had “lost” my deposit information, which is why I was never contacted. • After all of that, they quoted me nearly $19,000 for a motorcycle with a true MSRP of $12,500. If Nash had simply been upfront about their pricing, I would have had no issue and likely would have continued doing business with them. Instead, I felt strung along for months, misled, and ultimately manipulated. The good news? Just four hours later, AZ Go Motorcycles in Scottsdale treated me with respect and got me into a beautiful bike with zero hassle. Ironically, Nash still calls me asking if I’m interested in other bikes. After this experience, I won’t be making that mistake again.

  • I bought an APEX 300 Pro Fisher from NASH. I drove from Montana to Scottsdale as it was the closest dealer that had one left. I cannot give enough appreciation from all the staff and how well I was treated. There was some confusion and Brandon came to Scottsdale and dealt with me personally. I felt Brandon went above and beyond to get me into my machine. I think it’s just the way NASH operates. All the staff were so helpful, from sales to parts they took care of me. Even the service dept helped out. Never experienced that much professionalism ever from a dealer. I told Brandon when I am ready for an off road vehicle I will be back and I meant it. Kudos to NASH and I highly recommend them. Thanks Brandon, Will, and Daniel and all the others that played a part.
