  • I will never go to Nash Powersports Auburn service department again and warn you to reconsider as well. My motorcycle was stolen at the end of August 2025, and I mistakenly chose this service department to repair the damage when it was recovered shortly after the theft. I just got my motorcycle back last month (June 2026). Patrick, Gary, and Stefan (to name a few) and their team held my motorcycle for nearly a year. Think about that. An entire riding season wasted and then some. While I understand that part of that timeframe was due to back-ordered parts, their team provided poor proactive communication during the entire year leaving me to initiate most of the contact just to get basic status updates. When I was finally called in February and told the motorcycle was officially “ready for pickup”, I arrived to inspect it and immediately found unrepaired damages. A missing button, a broken light, and a curb rash rim that their team entirely failed to catch before attempting to hand the vehicle back to me. To make matters worse, I also found a new scratch on the frame. Instead of taking accountability, the dealership actively tried to avoid repairing the frame scratch. I have photo evidence that the motorcycle did NOT have this frame scratch in the tow-yard, yet it was present when they presented the vehicle to me for pickup. Despite this evidence, it required literal weeks of pushback on my end just to get them to repair it. They instead claimed that they were not responsible for it and would not repair it in good faith, forcing me to get my insurance supervisor involved to resolve the matter. A service department that skips basic quality inspections before releasing a vehicle, and then argues against fixing remaining damage, is not a business you can trust. Avoid.

  • My experience with Nash Powersport Auburn is quite a positive one. As any current prospective buyer, we first do our research online, selections, and narrow down our options. We then head to the dealership place to check out for real our choices. This place has a wide selection indeed. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and helpful. In the showroom, they’ll pull your choice for you to seat, have a better personal look, and to have that tactile intro with the bike. The atmosphere is relaxed, and allows the individual an exploration of one’s bikes of interest. I feel the staff empathizes with the potential buyer regarding choices, choices… choices. When I came back, after I made up my mind on what I wanted, the staff made it much more easier. They pulled the model I am considering, had me hear the engine briefly, and situated me & the bike at real close-up, seated, and posed. I was quite impressed with the store & staff. I’d like to mention Eric Rutledge in sales, and Brandon Nash at accessories. I bought my top choice of Suzuki GSX 8TT from them. Love it! 🥰 Thanks Nash Powersport Auburn

  • Worked with Chris Rice when setting up my trade in appt, he did a good job at having me hop on the two bikes I was considering and told me I looked more comfortable on the Ninja 500. So it felt nice not trying to be sold something that’s more expensive. Ian was amazing, he made time for me to come in earlier than my appt and got me taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The entire team was great from getting my trade inspected to the financials, I was never pushed to buy something I didn’t really need. These folks are honest and no frills, I’m happy to have bought my bike from them and probably will again if and when I upgrade.
