  • Incredible experience! I was recommend this dealership over all others by a close friend, and they did not disappoint. From setting up the initial chat with Sonja (who was as excited as me to get me the bike I wanted!) to the sales work with Mason, and the finance side with the very efficient Mario, everyone was so helpful and kind walking me through my purchase. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything, and was able to get the exact bike I wanted. I would definitely recommend Nash as THE spot to get your first motorcycle - I believe they really will work hard to treat you right.

  • I recently purchased my first supersport, a Ninja ZX-4RR, from Nash Powersports Auburn, and Jake made the experience exceptional. He answered every question thoroughly, responded promptly by phone and text—even on his days off—and provided outstanding support throughout. I came for a motorcycle but left with both a bike and a brother.

  • I will never go to Nash Powersports Auburn service department again and warn you to reconsider as well. My motorcycle was stolen at the end of August 2025, and I mistakenly chose this service department to repair the damage when it was recovered shortly after the theft. I just got my motorcycle back last month (June 2026). Patrick, Gary, and Stefan (to name a few) and their team held my motorcycle for nearly a year. Think about that. An entire riding season wasted and then some. While I understand that part of that timeframe was due to back-ordered parts, their team provided poor proactive communication during the entire year leaving me to initiate most of the contact just to get basic status updates. When I was finally called in February and told the motorcycle was officially “ready for pickup”, I arrived to inspect it and immediately found unrepaired damages. A missing button, a broken light, and a curb rash rim that their team entirely failed to catch before attempting to hand the vehicle back to me. To make matters worse, I also found a new scratch on the frame. Instead of taking accountability, the dealership actively tried to avoid repairing the frame scratch. I have photo evidence that the motorcycle did NOT have this frame scratch in the tow-yard, yet it was present when they presented the vehicle to me for pickup. Despite this evidence, it required literal weeks of pushback on my end just to get them to repair it. They instead claimed that they were not responsible for it and would not repair it in good faith, forcing me to get my insurance supervisor involved to resolve the matter. A service department that skips basic quality inspections before releasing a vehicle, and then argues against fixing remaining damage, is not a business you can trust. Avoid.
